There are times when there are things out of people's control or schedules that are not met. That's true with any company. There are times when things fall through the hole, but that's life. But over all, I've found this location to be as helpful as they can be given their resources and support.

I didn't like anything else on their floor, & didn't want to wait to have them ship in another poor quality coffee table, so tough luck to us.

Waking up daily feeling like you was hit by a bus & all your pressure points are screaming and you have to take 10 mins just to get up out of bed and hurt all day and have to use pain patches, rollers, sprays, meds, ice/heat pads, Epsom salt baths DAILY. I came in for over a 8 month period sampling mattresses. I tried every bed only being able to try a few each day, because my back would start to shoot pain and aching so I wouldn't be able to choose because of how bad my pain was. They have a one trade out policy if you don't like the mattress you purchased. I had others who helped with my prior 2 purchases they were great as well, but when I got them home to sleep 1st way to soft, 2nd way to firm and she worked with me with a 3rd and I went thru the whole process again and tested beds. I came multiple times throughout the weeks to test beds and she found me the perfect bed! She explained each bed with details and comfort levels and why THIS mattress would be perfect! Stating my body was aligned with the mattress and spine was level and people with curves this mattress hugged to those heavier areas but still kept you aligned. Today is the FIRST day ever since finding out in 2003 about my Fibromyalgia that I was able to sleep throughout the night not tossing and turning, not shoving pillows around me, and under me to relieve pressure points, to being able to wakeup without ONE throbbing/sharp pain pressure point screaming.
