There are times when there are things out of people's control or schedules that are not met. That's true with any company. There are times when things fall through the hole, but that's life. But over all, I've found this location to be as helpful as they can be given their resources and support.

I called Monday finally and cancelled the order because it was one month and really who doesn't call their customer ever!!!
