It's been a challenge to find some thing that I like and that will be something to last for years to come. After going to four other places, a friend suggested that we try orange Park furniture. We were greeted by Lance who I will tell you upfront was exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional. I told him what I was looking for and because he knows his inventory so well, he took me to the right furniture! They have a large selection and various price ranges, which I was very impressed with. For what I am looking for I got a great price. After going to Orange Park furniture, my friend, and I did go to two other establishments of which we walked out relatively quick and I said to him we've got to go back. I've gotta see that bed again. This is a family owned business, which has been an operation for 50 years. I have passed it by, but never paid attention and today. I am so thankful they were there! The value, price, and customer service are beyond reproach. Lance did not act like a "salesman" rather someone who is trying to help meet a need. His attentive of listening skills and and attention to detail made a huge difference!!!!

I recently had an issue and reached out for help, and I was honestly so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help. It's one thing to have customer service, but it's another to feel like a company genuinely cares about its customers. On my most recent visit, I was on the hunt for an entryway rug. I was impressed to see there were four aisles dedicated just to rugs, so there were plenty of options to choose from. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but they had a rug dimension layout on the floor, which made it so much easier to visualize what would work best in my space. I ended up finding the perfect rug. I also noticed a lot of Valentine's items marked down to 75% off, which was a great deal. This is definitely a place to check out after holidays if you want to get a head start on next year's decorations without paying full price. Overall, a great shopping experience with lots of variety and value.

After talking to them they mentioned that they couldn't do anything cause the tags on the box springs were ripped off. To make a long story short they didn't want to replace my springs that were less then a year. They wanted me to buy 2 new springs and for me to sell the old ones. To me sounds pretty shady that I was never told about these so called tags. And now that I have issues they want to wipe there hands and not help out there customers. That's bad business and to everyone out there beware please. Got zero customer service from this company. I wouldn't shop there anymore.

The employee however needs some serious retraining on their products before releasing false facts about other retailers and just about their product overall and customer service etiquette. I messaged them on Facebook asking if they had something SIMILAR to a sleep number c2 or c4. This person, I assume is the owner said they had no idea what that was and suggested an adjustable base. I explained that it's a mattress that adjusts firmness based on where your body needs the pressure. Sleep number is a well known brand and all an adjustable base does is moves up and down. This person said he knows of the brand but doesn't have anything comparable because their most expensive mattress is $1,700 and sleep number is $6,000+. I said a full size sleep number with adjustable firmness starts at $879 and a queen starts at $1,099. They said they have no idea and are just going off what their customers tell them. And that sleep numbers are only sold in sleep number stores. I said then their customers didn't do their research before spitting out a number and that I didn't ask for a sleep number, I asked for something similar with an adjustable firmness. They then proceeded to block me. Lol This is poor poor poor customer service and for owning a mattress store, these people should really know the brands of other retailers and their prices since they're a box drop store that sells 50-70% below what the retailers sell at. Which means anything similar to a sleep number would range (at 50% off) $349.50 to $999.50 for a twin to a California king. So that's well under their most expensive mattress at their base percentage off. Maybe hire an accountant or financial analyst to analyze prices and costs of your retailers mattress since you don't seem to know what it is and were rude to someone because they called you out for being unknowledgeable.
