I spoke with the manager, Briana Davis, who stated over the phone the footage was "pixelated" but asked me to come in. When I did, the video clearly showed my car without damage before entering. Instead of addressing the issue, she pulled up pictures of dents from Google as examples. When I requested a copy of the footage, she agreed to give it to me but then shut it off and told me to "go through your insurance." The staff was unprofessional, and showed no concern for the damage. If you value your vehicle, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
