I couldn't see the screen. It couldn't read my credit card. I had to drive up to the attendant to tell him the machine wasn't working, but somehow, he got it to work. Overall wash was okay. Dryer section is still too short. My car was still wet and had lots of water droplets when I drove out of the wash area. I basically just got a water rinse with some suds. I had to wipe off the water spots afterwards. Hence, still 3 stars! I know they can't lengthen the dryer section, but maybe get stronger and better dryers or at least allow the car to stay there longer before moving it forward. Just a thought.

Once done & walking out of the gated wash area, there were several folks who also said it was their first time waiting for their turn to wash their pups. My car had no dents prior to entering their wash, but when I exited, there was noticeable damage. When I reported it to an employee, she immediately insisted their car wash could not have caused it. I asked for video footage, but was told the manager wasn't available. I was only given a name and phone number. I spoke with the manager, Briana Davis, who stated over the phone the footage was "pixelated" but asked me to come in. When I did, the video clearly showed my car without damage before entering. Instead of addressing the issue, she pulled up pictures of dents from Google as examples. When I requested a copy of the footage, she agreed to give it to me but then shut it off and told me to "go through your insurance." The staff was unprofessional, and showed no concern for the damage. If you value your vehicle, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
