I called Baierl Acura because I wasn't sure how this worked and if I needed to make an appointment or not. They told me just to stop in to the parts department. This showroom is located in Wexford. I wasn't sure which door to go in, but the service department directed me to the parts department. The man working was super friendly and showed me how to pop in the batteries. He printed me out a receipt so I could give it to the dealership. He also asked me about my car and recommended floor mats. He was so nice. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great experience!

When confronted they told us "the tech didn't think it was needed". Why charge then? Further, since this has now happened twice it's very clear they are just padding bills and assuming customers are too stupid to check. They've also "forgotten" to apply promotional pricing that they've up-sold on. These people are old school rip off artists. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. We sent in a complaint and never even got a response.

I had a positive experience buying this car from this family. The only thing I wish we could've ironed out was the minor scratch at the sale, but that's okay -they're working on it and have agreed to work on this. I'm very pleased and recommend them to anyone. I also want to say this is the first dealership where the sales people confirmed to drive the product and not just sell the product. That to me gave me great confidence in buying with Rohrich as well as the Rohrich Advantage with how much our family drives. Thank you for everything.

Communication has…read morebeen extremely poor--I have had to chase updates, and even then, I am rarely given clear information about whether parts have arrived or when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. To make matters worse, the rental car I was using has now been recalled, leaving me completely without transportation. Neither the dealership nor Mazda has provided a timely solution or loaner, and I feel stranded despite being a loyal Mazda customer. A repair delay can sometimes be understandable, but what is unacceptable is the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support throughout this process. I expected far better from Rohrich Mazda and Mazda as a brand.

Upon arriving, I found that they had only one of these cars on the lot (they had just come out). The salesman told me that they had two more on the way, a white one, and a black one. I give a $500 deposit on the black one, and a week later my car arrived. As someone who used to sell cars, let me tell you that #1 Cochran is an honest dealership. Everything is 100% above board, no surprises, no tricks. In my case. I was purchasing a brand new model, one of the first ones made. In fact, the salesman later confirmed that I owned just the 2nd car of this type in Pittsburgh. Due to the demand, I was told that they could offer me a $500 "courtesy discount" but that was it. However, they offered me a $2,000 trade in allowance on a car that, in all honesty, was worth just $1,000. I am very pleased with the pricing and customer service offered by this dealership, and would be happy to recommend them to friends.

I started the process online and ran my credit application so I didn't have to wait up at the dealership all day long with a toddler. Alan was super attentive to what I wanted, he got my requests down all the way from miles, model, color, and features. When it was time to actually buy the car we were there maybe two hours signing everything with the trade- in and new purchase. Highly recommend! Alan was great with communication, I loved that they text with simple questions and concerns.

Grossly Deceptive Practices…read more Beware of the despicable deceptive practices employed at this business. I called about a newly listed used car and was led to believe by the salesperson Clark that I was first in line. As the car's time of availability changed, he called me to let me know so that I wouldn't miss the opportunity, and so I adjusted my schedule accordingly. I arrived before the agreed upon time, met with Clark, got the carfax and inspection report to read while I waited for the car to be finished at the shop, or so Clark claimed was happening. About 45 minutes later, another person entered the showroom, was shown the car unbeknownst to me (I hadn't even been told it was ready), and was allowed to purchase it. Only after that was concluded, about 1 hr of waiting, did Clark tell me "I am sorry, but someone else has bought it." Clearly I was just brought in just as backup and deceived as to my prospects of getting the car. The entire time, Clark was apologizing for the delay and explaining it as the car being finished when in reality he was waiting for another buyer and stringing me along. Disgusting. Even worse, the manager washed his hands of Clark's actions, indicating that this was in fact a tactic they employ. I strongly advise avoiding this disreputable dealership.
