Doctor saw my foot and ordered X-rays that were done right then and there. Diagnosed the issue and referred me to a surgeon. Great customer service from the front office staff as well. They are all very friendly and professional.

We planned a vacation around this appointment and cut it short to make sure we could make it. Receiving this email a few hours before the appointment is completely unprofessional. If someone had contacted me a few days earlier, we could have continued our much needed vacation. Like many during the pandemic, this was our first opportunity for a vacation. I will not use this business and encourage others to go elsewhere. I think it's important that this business recognizes that an email a few hours before the appointment is unacceptable, unprofessional and not customer centered. Update: The office called a few hours later to offer us an appointment at their Ft. Oglethorpe office for later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we had a scheduling conflict, but wanted to update this post.

I had another problem with another toe , so I tought to myself I would give them a second chance. Dr. Nguyen said I had a corn on my right toe , so she gave me a shot in my tow proceeded to cut it off and said I shouldn,t have any more problem, what a joke. After two weeks Dr. Nguyen had the new Dr.Tren come in look at the problem. He lifted my food up so hard ,took a pair of toe sissor and cut a piece off of my toe because he said I still had a piece of corn left on my toe. Dr. Tren didn't give me a shot to numb my toe started to bleed, he put a band-aid and sent me on my way. It hurt so bad I wanted slap him so bad, but I didn't. The Dr himself was was personable, informative, and did his work in a timely fashion. They offered after care supplies for sale in office, with clear directions on their use. My one and only complaint that causes this to not be a five star experience is with the billing. They asked that I submit my information ahead of time so that they could run my insurance and set me up as a patient. When I arrived for both my first appointment and follow up I was given a charge that I was told was my co-pay. Weeks after I recieved an online bill from their company charging me more for the services. I have no issue with those payments in terms of overall price, just that what i was told at the time of service was incorrect and I was, perhaps mistakenly on their part, lead to believe it was factual. In summary I would recommend this place for its service but encourage anyone to double check their insurance's co-pay rates for those types of services going in, and likely expect follow up fees when planning your finances for this kind of visit.
