In my circumstance, I fought the charge, and the office finally waived it. 1.5 years since that original visit, and now they are reaching out for a charge associated with the same visit, even though nothing changed. Their billing provider is a third party, and you either can't get in touch with them, or if you do, they don't return calls. The office itself isn't the nicest and is rather dated as well. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
