Upon arrival, we were told there would be an extra fee for labs, or we could choose to handle them on our own. This critical information should have been communicated beforehand, especially since other clinics we contacted offered the same pricing but included the labs. The only reason we chose this clinic was the availability for walk-in. 2. My family member was unwell during the visit, and when I asked the doctor to examine her, I was told it would require a separate appointment (additional cost). All they did was check her vitals and provide a lab slip--nothing else. After leaving, I emailed the address they provided (on 11/22/2024) to ask about their refund policy since we decided not to proceed with labs or have them complete the paperwork. As of today, I have not received any response. I hope someone sees this review and provides clarification and take into consideration that only 1/2 the service was delivered. Save your time and money! For those navigating the immigration process, resources are often limited. It's disheartening that a clinic approved as a civil surgeon would take advantage of this situation through unclear processes and unnecessary fees.
