He is thorough and listen to your main concerns. He is knowledgeable and understand how to care for your concerns. He has a calming and informative demeanor. His care is welcoming and I was able to trust in his care. His front desk staff are beyond amazing! Always find a smile and conversation topic to make appointment go at ease. They are knowledgeable with insurance and base on what I've witness they provide accurate information. I was referred by my attorney due to a car accident. Even the financial process the front desk was able to provide feedback. They're prompt to every appointment and accommodating to your schedule. They take the time to get you know you and you get to know a little about them. Care: I went in due to headaches I've been experiencing on a daily basis. Neck pain, my left leg was causing me issues, and lower back pain. During my initial consult he knew the headaches were directed from my neck pain. He directed my care to the problem areas. Towards the end of my care the pain had been resolved. I could go days to weeks with no signs of headaches. (When they did arise it was due to my eye sight) I never felt he was forcing things on me and his recommendation always help with my issues. I am normally a bit hesitant about seeing chiropractors, but decided to go for it. I was able to get an appointment the following week- they offered me several different days/times- and I completed the new patient paperwork packet found online. When I arrived, they were very friendly and organized. They processed my insurance and went over my insurance benefits with me ahead of time, which was great. Dr. Rowe was great- he spent some time examining me and explaining what was going on. After we came up with a plan, he asked me if I wanted to start treatment, and I said yes. We did some electrotherapy, stretching, and manipulation. I walked out feeling great, and he's fixed about 85-90% of the issues/pain I was having! I'm going back next week- he thought I'd need a few visits to fix it- and he gave me a few exercises to do at home in the meantime. Overall, two thumbs up!

He explained that there were certain things she had to do before we could move forward and schedule the extractions. The front desk staff, Shannon specifically, was also phenomenal. From the moment I called to place the appointment and asked her many questions, to when we arrived, and she helped get us checked in and settled, she was great. Very friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable and professional. This dentist is obviously very popular based on the amount of people that were there. However, even though he was running behind, the staff kept us informed and were still very efficient. But despite that, he did not rush us, and he answered all of our questions. If you need to have any teeth extracted, and you find him on your own or get a referral, I would not hesitate to reach out because it was a very positive experience, and we definitely feel more comfortable about returning when my mother is ready to have her teeth extracted.

On the day of my appointment, I was scheduled for 12:00, but I was kept waiting without any explanation or update until 12:45. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. The examination itself felt very rushed. The doctor briefly looked at my upper right tooth using a tongue depressor and spent about 5 minutes discussing possible extractions. Normally, a dental mirror is used for proper examination of teeth, so the lack of a proper instrument was concerning. I also requested an evaluation of tooth #13 (upper left), and I was told it would be included in the report. The entire visit lasted about 10 minutes. Afterwards, I had to follow up multiple times over 5 days to receive the treatment plan. When it was finally sent, even the tooth numbers were incorrect. In particular, for tooth #13, the doctor had clearly stated in person that the condition was very poor, not salvageable, and required extraction. However, in the report this was reduced to a mild statement such as: "the patient reports intermittent symptoms of discomfort associated with tooth #13." Overall, the experience was rushed, poorly documented, and disappointing due to a lack of attention to detail and communication.

There's no nurse on-site, limited support staff, and appointments seem to get cancelled often due to scheduling issues or deliveries. The biggest frustration for me has been communication and follow-up. I've been trying for days to get my blood test results and keep getting passed around by the front desk with no clear answers or callback. At a certain point, it starts to feel like the office simply does not have enough support to properly manage patient care. I don't think the issue is Dr. Parshard personally; I think he's trying to do too much on his own. But as a patient, it's been frustrating and disappointing.

Dr. Bands and Dr. Frank are by far the best surgeons and people around! I have had 3 cervical…read morespine fusions by them and I wouldn't go to anyone else! I even live out of state and if I needed another surgery I would travel just to see them. They are extremely helpful, caring, and intelligent. They know exactly what they are talking about. If I ever called the office and needed an appointment they got me in within a day, making room for me. My mother is an operating room nurse and has been around a lot of surgeons and says Dr. Bands and Dr. Frank are excellent. She trusts them and they also replaced my fathers knee which has helped him so much. You could not be in better hands if you see Dr. Bands and Dr. Frank. They give you their honest opinion which is what I look for. I don't need frills or fluff but someone who understands what is going on with me and the best way to fix the problem. You'd be lucky to have them as your doctors!

His next option was to now remove the hardware, I declined another surgery without exploring the possibility that something else may be wrong and he told me "Then, I no longer have a vested interest in you" and shuffled me out the door. He gave me drugs, promised he could fix me and left me high and dry. After some digging, turns out I'm not the only one...STAY AWAY he has no concern for your health and wellness, just his pockets.
