But, when my kids needed to go to the dentist we were fortunate enough to try Dr Neal and the kids loved him! After watching the kids grow up going to Dr Neal, I finally took my own turn in the seat and it was a night and day difference for me compared to what I had experienced when I was younger. I suggest that if you go ask them to put everything on paper. If they told you insurance will pay on the phone that does not count. They need to put it on paper

I had to go back with days as the bite was painful even with drinking water. I am no dentist and can not self treat. I had to go back 2 second time with a week and the dentist waving his hands in the air simply said, he can't do anything!!! When I voice my frustration. He refused me any further treatment and said I could go see a different dentist. I followed a medical practitioner's advise to preventive care and am now left with pain and suffering, neither of which I had, had gone to his office for a free dental cleaning. This dentist is a nightmare and very unprofessional.

Today, he replaced a crown that had come off, and his work prompted me to write this review. He first had to reshape the tooth structure under the crown and prepare the tooth and then re-cement the crown. There was no discomfort and everything was fully explained. The crown feels great. The office staff is also very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this office, and in particular, Dr. Lenoir.

Even such, my cleaning was very thorough, and she did offer to answer questions I had. Their desk staff are always very on top of it and they are easy to get ahold of, both of which are huge benefits.

My crown popped off and I looked around for anyone on Delta Dental... I called and they set up a appointment for 45 minutes later. Just enough time to fill out easy online new patient forms... showed up and was created by the cutest most polite puppy. The receptionist was excellent and I was checked in quickly. Waited less than 10 minutes and they brought me in. Great people skills and super fast. They had been able to pull up all my records and were able to even do xrays with no stress. Very high tech. Super quick work and my crown is back on. Great prices as well. Side funny... I was wearing crocs and they pointed out that I could go over to the "sugar shack" to get a free donut... wonderfully nice and great people!!! She just wanted the abscess taken care of. They tried to make her get filling. She said no, she was already in too much pain. The dentist acknowledged the infection, but refused to do anything about it. Refused to even give her antibiotics. We spent 3 hours the next day at Med Express. That Dr. took ten seconds to tell her she needed antibiotics. I have NEVER in 59 years even heard of a Dr who refused to give antibiotics to someone with an infection.
