I went in to have my permanent retainer fixed and they were not only quick but thorough with their assessment of the retainer. Thy fixed the bond to hold the retainer in place and Dr. Horsey checked in to make sure everything went well. I'm so glad to have been referred here and will be coming back for all my orthodontic needs. Also, to maintain a safe environment in the lobby/waiting area, they have you wait in your vehicle and text upon arrival.

Dr. Byrd himself- is truly HEAVEN sent! From the moment he introduced himself, I felt at ease and we engaged in conversation as if we'd known each other for years. With this office, you get to truly connect with your Oral health professionals on a more personal level as human beings. It's more than just a mere business transaction. As an adult who didn't have very pleasant dental experiences in the past, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was in need of orthodontia services for myself and really had my heart set on the Invisalign treatment. I was a little concerned with pricing, but his staff broke everything down up front, and offered alternative options that was conducive to my budget. I ended up getting the Invisalign braces which initially (to my dismay unfortunately) was very painful and I was not able to eat or sleep, due to the pain the trays were causing. I felt like I had made a horrible mistake in choosing these particular braces, so I informed Dr. Byrd of my intent to discontinue treatment. I was practically in tears at the thought because I was sooo excited to get these originally. Not to fear however... Dr Byrd sat down with me, took note of every detail where I voiced complaints of pain and discomfort, and was able to resend my trays back to have them reconfigured with the necessary adjustments. The new trays arrived promptly with no problem at all. His staff continued to follow up with me to ensure that they fit properly and were comfortable, with no pain. His assistant Mellissa, is an absolute doll and went over every tooth to ensure I was happy with the new results. She and Dr. Byrd both called to follow up after I left, just to ensure the new trays were working fine for me and to ensure I was happy and comfortable. I also ended up having a little hiccup with my insurance coverage (due to me switching employment in the middle of treatment), which would've left me with a pretty hefty balance even after I had already invested so much financially into it. I was devastated to hear this news and nearly broke down crying again. Lo and Behold like the angel he is, Dr Byrd informed me not to worry about it. It was all taken care of. An early Christmas present on his behalf! WOW!!!! Talk about an Angel!!!! You just don't find many good souls in this day and age like that. If I could multiply people like Dr. Byrd and his staff, the world would truly be a better place. We need more caring, loving and compassionate individuals who truly enjoy helping others and spreading joy! If you are ever in need of orthodontia care, whether young or old, I highly recommend this office. It doesn't get any better than this place! As someone in-between dental insurance, paying less than $50 (with an extra discount) for a full cleaning, x-rays, and full exam was seriously awesome. I walked in about ten minutes prior to my appointment, handed over the forms I printed in advance from their website, and had a seat. HGTV was on the flat screen, but I didn't watch much because they almost immediately called me back. Bottles of water are in the waiting area as well. My hygienist Emily was super super sweet and cheerful. She made me feel right at home and even asked what I wanted to watch on tv...because, yes, they have tvs at every patient station!! It's set up with subtitles so it's basically right in your face during the cleaning. Such a cool distraction! I watched the Today show. X-rays were easy too. They did both the biters and the pano as part of the Groupon. Didn't take long at all...and painless! The cleaning was thorough and she even checked for gum inflammation. I never experienced that before. But it was good to know that both my teeth and my gums were in perfect condition! Dr. Murry popped in last to do the exam. She was also detail oriented and easy to talk to. Overall this visit was totally fantastic (and free of pain)....and if I'm still living in the area in April, I can assure you I will be back!

No calls about retainer trays ready, we showed up for an appointment and was told the business was closed, not friendly front desk staff and was told one time the only appointment for my son's Invisalign was at 8:30am, any day of the week. Kids have school and there needs to be options. It's gotten a bit better but we are moving. We have definitely let Penterson and Booth know and will hopefully find some better care for our other children elsewhere.

Like most kids, I had braces when I was younger, and then like an idiot, I decided not to wear my retainer! (Ugh) This lead to many teeth shifting and my smile becoming crooked yet again. Fast forward a few years, I just finished attending a HUGE film festival and had many pictures taken of me. After looking at those images, I felt so insecure and ugly about my teeth and smile. I decided I wouldn't ever again show my teeth when taking pictures until I got them fixed. Dr.Dabney and his staff helped me start an Invisalign treatment and it was so incredibly easy and smooth. Even with all my travel, they were so helpful to work with and always offered themselves up to help me in any way possible. Even putting braces back on me for the few weeks I was home and coming in ON A DAY OFF to put a bracket back on that had fallen off!
