IT IS A GOOD THING I DID NOT GO INTO WITHDRAWAL BECAUSE OF HIS IGNORANC!E!! Thank God I don't abuse my medicatio!!!! The kicker is that my husband is also a patient and he was seen for the next 6 months before he was told they no longer took our insuranc!! They were not happy with me because I wouldn't do an injection in an already deteriorating area (those shots add fuel to the fire)! and the same exact thing happened with my husband as well as 3 other people I know. They can't keep MA's, PA's, along with other staff. I could go on for a while more, but you get my point! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!

It was my last exam there and that is unfortunate as the care has always been wonderful. But today, all the techs were maskless and as well as the receptionist and the cashier. Within a week and a half I got an appointment scheduled, and got my pair of glasses. Throughout my…read moreexperience, my only frustration is how frequent it seems they are doing training and have the doors locked during normal business hours. While I don't mind doing things online, I'm classic and prefer face to face interaction. I went to pick up my glasses today and they are exactly what I hoped for, very pleased with the product. Eric(I believe was his name), was doing training when I arrived on the computer, but luckily I called in and he picked up the phone to give me my glasses. During this experience, some woman came up and demanded he give her basically what I'm assuming was her lens prescription. He was very nice and explained that it is company policy to not give it out, as I'm assuming the eyeglasses are probably a large selling point for the company. She was extremely rude to someone just following protocol and doing their job, continuing to cuss at him and berate him for it. He handled the situation perfectly. Note: if not for the location being locked during normal business hours this would be a 5 star review. In my opinion, it is crucial for businesses to deliver on their promise of open store hours.
