The gentleman (AFW) who came out for the fitting was ON TIME, and professional! He (AFW) did my boyfriend's fitting quickly. I gave him a swatch to match my outfit with the tuxedo vest. AFW assured me that he would contact me with sample colors to match the swatch. The tuxedo was DELIVERED to my boyfriend's address within 1 week! That was record timing! The tuxedo looked GREAT! My boyfriend looked so dapper in his tuxedo. It was hard to take my eyes off of him. My boyfriend received so many compliments on his tux! The very next day AFW picked up the tuxedo. So I text the "corporate" office to let them know how Alpha Formal Wear in Beltway Plaza Mall 6000 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20770-were handling business, to only receive a called from the so called "SALESPERSON" telling me that the "corporate office does not talk or deal with customer" ,now I found that very strange business practice... I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.
