My daughter received acne treatment and the PA explicitly told me that extractions were 'included.' Based on this assurance, we proceeded with the quick procedure. However, at a subsequent visit, I was told I owed $65 for these extractions, claiming it went towards our deductible. When I reiterated I was told it was included, they dismissed my concern and said it was my 'responsibility to know,' despite their staff's clear misstatement. This refusal to waive the charge, even partially, despite their staff's misleading information, is incredibly disappointing. As a fellow/former patient with my own skin issues and spent approx. $1000 for microneedling in the past, I expected better consideration. Their inflexibility and disregard for clear communication have led them to lose both myself and my daughter as patients. I am sure they do not care, but wanted others to be aware about their billing practices. I gave it 2 stars, rather than just 1 because other than that I did have a good experience there. Too bad they didn't care enough to be more understanding with the billing issue. I would have continued being a patient otherwise.

Had several visits with this PA and was able to treat accordingly due to inexperienced. Provided steroids which duh - basic 101. Was not able to dig deeper into her tool box and think outside the box. Finally was so annoyed by her nonsense and had to find a more experienced with a higher degree and experience dermo outside of this facility. DE eczema and she unable to undiagnosed because I was told she has never seen anything like this skin condition before and don't know what else to do me..really??? pathetic. Finally found a new Dermo and put on Dupixent asap - lesson learned DO NOT GO TO SCHWEIGER...what a joke! not experienced. Find the pros elsewhere.

I recently went for a procedure and didn't find the nurse who came into the room friendly or helpful at all. Once the doctor was done, she said to wait and the nurse would come to check in on me. She never did and when I went to walk out, the nurse gave me a weird look, almost annoyed I was still there. I asked if I'm good to go and she shrugged and said, "I guess so." I said that I wasn't sure and the doctor said a nurse would come check in but no one did. She then shrugged again and said, "well if that's what the doctor said..." She then proceeded to say, "That's $400 up front" (I was getting a cosmetic procedure.) LOL as if I didn't know what I needed to pay? Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment?? There was no care, helpfulness, a genuine smile, patient service or kindness from her. And that's uncommon, as all the staff here is usually very nice, polite, and friendly. Maybe she was just having an off morning. But still, I don't think that's a proper justification. The doctor (afterwards, I saw her in passing and mentioned that the nurse didn't come in to check on me / let me know I'm good to leave) did say they were a bit short staffed that morning.

I had capillaries and red and brown areas on my face that I thought were just parts of aging (and…read moreuntil now, they would have been) but some were really bad looking, like a red line across my face that everyone noticed, and one side of my nose being permanently red with popped veins. I hated the way it look so grew a beard to cover some of it up, but wasn't really happy like that but didn't want to shave because some of it looked so horrible and unnatural. I also hated it because it was from my years of too much sun and drinking, and I don't do either anymore, but my skin didn't improve on its own. There was also some red from when I had poison ivy on my face years ago that would just not go away. But Dr. B was able to get rid of or almost all of it with a series of IPL treatments (each treatment sees some improvement so it depends on how committed you are as a patient and how bad your condition is, and how your body reacts, there is no way to speed it up since they need to test how your skin reacts to it during the first and second treatments, if they do it too hard, you will get burnt. Just explaining why it takes multiple treatments). I would've done this years ago, if I knew it was available and worked. I felt deformed and thought this stuff was permanent, but there are treatments to trigger your body to heal itself, way beyond what I thought was possible. All of the dramatic before and after pics are real. I don't get the other reviews that are negative. Literally every doctor and dentist and dermatologist has co-payments and a wait time. Having to pay for something is not a red flag. That is not a reason to hand out a one star rating. Nor is coming two hours early unannounced and not being able to get in in front of people with appointments. So if you are reading on this, focus on what I just wrote and not the angry people who want to complain about nothing. Picture is worth a thousand words, so am attaching before and after 3 treatments. Each treatment = trying to kill loads of burst capillaries and making brown spots fade

I literally could have saved myself hundreds of dollars by going to another doctor. Oh, and proper…read morecare. Do not come here for balding (alopecia). Long story short, certain remedies work for some people's types of balding and certain remedies don't work for other people's types of balding. He gave me steroid injections and topical steroid medicine to use when I didn't even need it. How I know is I got a second opinion from another doctor who was more an academic than Dr. Kleinberg. Then after getting the consultation from the second doctor I did my own research and found that I indeed did not need the steroid remedies he gave me since I did not have typical male pattern balding (androgenic alopecia). It was just my hairline balding. On top of that these useless remedies were giving me acne. When I left the appointment with the second doctor, he had himself a pitiful laugh his with his staff when I was on my way out the door after seeing him, explaining to his staff that another doctor gave me steroid injections for my hair when I didn't even need it. Super embarrassing because not only did I not need it, they sent me a medical bill for these "injections", and on each appointment they charged me for "medical examination" which did not even happen each appointment I had. If you want to run a business, fine. But if you are going to charge common people for every single dollar you can on your job then at least do the work correctly. They even had the audacity to send me many of those bills in the mail saying I owed them money for the unnecessary "injections" and the imaginary "medically exams" on top of my already expensive copay. Each bill increasing due to interest. You guys are never getting that money you billed me on top of the copay. The copay already cost hundreds. You owe me it if anything. Last thing I'll say is I work as a pharmacist which means I actually have a degree of health literacy. I can't be the only one that got taken advantage of if that's the case. Only difference is you've taken advantage of the people not as literate in this field, but that isn't their job or their responsibility, and that is why they came to you. Scammers!
