Several issues. 1…read more Insurance was not verified prior to appointment (I'm partly to blame - I've been with the same dentist for 30 years and didn't know proper procedure). The hygienist told me things would be covered, that simply were not. Come to find out the dentistry is not in my network. I now have a bill of $400 for a teeth cleaning and x-rays. No adjustments from them - no negotiations, but they do offer a payment plan. :) 2. They offer a free whitening for new patients. Essentially they put three rounds of gel whitener on your teeth in an hour and half long appointment. It's a stronger strength than what you would get for home but it is not a true whitening treatment. My teeth are no whiter than they were before. VERY disappointing. 3. The building wasn't in good condition and very out dated. The elevator got stuck upon my first arrival. The room I was in for the cleaning had black dust on the AC vent that you look at when laid back in the chair. The ceiling tiles are old and dingy. The floors were dirty as well as the baseboards near the floor. The only reason I went back to the office was for the free cleaning (at that point I hadn't seen the $400 bill). 4. I needed a little bonding on my front tooth, very small area. The pricing was expensive (the dentist I had been going to for 30 years would do it at no costs to build and keep relationships). I ended up asking to just had a small area sanded so we didn't have to keep worrying about the bonding. First thing from the dentist, "that will cost you". No other questions, no other options offered. That was her only comment. 5. It seemed that everyone was trying to sell something. I've already booked my 6 months cleaning at my old dentist. They are wonderful and the ONLY reason I went to a new dentistry was to be closer to home.

My daughter did happy smiles at school and realized how much work we truly needed done I yelped a couple places and settled on here. I'll first say they are not on Arlington, completely past it on 21st and Shadeland like you're going towards Franklin in a small strip with a couple other businesses. Walking in they have a cute fish tank in the waiting area. There are crayons and kids stuff in one corner and magazines for adults in the opposite corner. The staff was very warm and welcoming, unlike other places I had taken my daughter before. Our old primary dentist was mine as a teenager so we hadn't strayed far from him (I'm 27 now). My daughter went to Dean and Clark dentistry for her needs and they were rude people but our primary dentist was uncomfortable working on her small mouth. Going from her kids dentist to this new one was amazing. The dentist was so sweet and even made my daughter a balloon animal. He listened to every need we had and scheduled a follow up with enough time for the work. Anyone in the area looking for dentistry work needed I highly recommend you checking out this people. My daughter thought he reminded her of her teacher from school she's in love with. She felt comfortable and safe. Excited to go back and get everything done.

She was incredibly understanding and assured me that they could absolutely make that adjustment. Unfortunately, the first hygienist was unable to complete the procedure, and another hygienist made me feel as though the accommodation I was requesting was unreasonable and that I was causing my son unnecessary stress. As his mother, I know my child's needs, triggers, and limitations better than anyone, so those comments felt dismissive and insulting. Thankfully, Kacey stepped in. She had worked with my son before and immediately approached the situation with patience, compassion, and understanding. She took the time to meet him where he was, handled him with such care, and successfully completed the procedure without adding to his anxiety. Most importantly, she treated both my son and me with respect. As a parent of a child with special needs, finding healthcare professionals who are willing to listen, adapt, and provide individualized care means everything. Kacey truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when we needed it most. The person I spoke with was very kind and made things very easy as you can pre register on their website. Office is very nice and clean, conveniently located. There were several of us in the waiting area however none of us waited long to be taken back. Dr. Bojrab and his staff (Ashley & Tanaya) were informative, professional, efficient, gentle and so kind. My tooth was out in minutes with 0 pain and I only had a local. Also, Dr. Bojrab called me that evening to check on me. I thought that was awesome! They did such a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and less anxious. I did as instructed and filled my prescriptions. I've only taken pain meds at night due to slight discomfort just so I could sleep through it. This is day 3 and I feel great. Was able to work the next day. I appreciate the care and professionalism your practice offered. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!
