I repeatedly contacted Dr. Sevara regarding my symptoms, but I was told that everything was normal and that I should simply take pain medication. Later, another dentist discovered multiple retained tooth fragments in the extraction site, as well as an infection and a completely failed bone graft that required additional treatment. I still have the actual tooth fragments that were removed after being left behind in my gum during the procedure. What is most disappointing is not only what happened, but the complete lack of response from the clinic. I have repeatedly contacted both Dr. Sevara and the clinic administration, providing X-rays, examination results, and detailed information about my case. My emails and requests have been ignored. Patients deserve honest answers, professional communication, and accountability when serious complications occur. Unfortunately, in my case, the clinic has chosen to ignore both the problem and my repeated attempts to resolve it. To this day, neither Dr. Sevara nor the clinic administration has provided any response to my complaint.

In my search for another dentist I discovered Marketplace Dental. I'm glad I did because they have been great. As a matter of fact, they were doing all kinds of checks and procedures that I have never had done before. It was impressive and beyond thorough. I will add the warning that if you don't respond to their appointment reminder, you will lose your appointment. It happened to me once. I showed up for my appointment on time, but my appointment was not available anymore. Luckily they could squeeze me in within the hour, so I hung around. It was a bit surprising and annoying because I don't recall them mentioning that as part of their policy. I am only aware of the policies that most medical practices implement that could charge you if you are a definite no show. Overall, I would still recommend them.

Can't eat a sandwich without cutting it into small pieces. I can't eat anything hard due to the teeth not hitting hardly at all on the left side of my mouth. When I went back he was every rude I was trying to explain the teeth didn't meet and line up with my upper teeth I didn't even get to tell him what the problem was and he started yelling at me and told me he would allow me to use the temporary denture until I could find another dentist to make a permanent denture. I have had bad experiences with dentist in the past. But this was by far the worst ever. I would not recommend him to anyone.

My first impression was probably more of a four star -- I hadn't been to the dentist since I moved and there's always that initial hesitation with a new health care practice. Will they be the people you need and can trust with your care? On my first visit, I went for a standard cleaning and exam. (They offer a nice $300 option for self-pay folks where you get your two yearly exams and cleanings, plus an insurance of sorts so you pay less for any additional work you need done that year.) Their office is much more thorough and advanced than my previous dentist. They took all the needed scans (and accommodated my need for a thyroid/neck cover before taking them without batting an eye) and took their time cleaning my teeth to make sure it was done well. Even still, I was out in just shy of an hour. Read: they are knowledgeable, efficient, and do their work well. On my second visit, I was having some fill ins done. This visit was a longer one and I was really impressed by the way they made sure I was comfortable. "Do you need anything? A pillow for your neck? A blanket? Some water?" I've never been offered a blanket at the dentist before this and now I'm spoiled for all others because yes, I did want a blanket! And it was soft as can be. I had my headphones and phone and spent the entire time listening to music loudly enough to cover the worst of the tool sounds during their work. They were completely fine with that, and even encouraged it. Rosemary was the hygienist helping Dr. Bacsa's work on my teeth and she was a very soothing presence. It was clear she knew what she was doing and I really liked her. She coached me to focus on my breath in and out of my nose when they needed to use this suctioning mouth-opener that took a little getting used to. I'd request her at another appointment; she's that great! After my longer appointment, I'm definitely giving this office 5 stars. They're good. They make sure you're comfortable, willing to answer any questions and help you relax. They called me the next day to make sure I was okay, too. It's clear that they do genuinely care for their patients, which is refreshing to see paired with such professionalism and knowledge in their practice. Only things to note: it can take over a month to get your next appointment, depending on the schedule. They're good and it shows in their booking availability! And I've had a couple moments of confusion with the front desk with payments but it was sorted out fairly quickly so I'm not worried about it.

She says that my son is not telling the truth and she wanted me to trust her, not my child.. We are not coming back.. It had been just over a year since my last cleaning and they recommended a water cleaning on my teeth because the tarter was "so bad'". I have insurance and because I didn't know any better I paid them $400 to clean my teeth. After researching this procedure I found that this office took advantage of me because of the fact that I have insurance. In total this dentist office was paid almost $900 to do a yearly cleaning. Before leaving I was given an estimate of an additional $2000+ to fix/repair the rest of my teeth (After insurance). I'll never go back or recommend them to anyone Wouldn't give them 1 star
