I have been going to this practice since the 70's first with Dr. Carabello (previous partner, now…read moremostly retired) now with Dr. Mansell. The office staff is great especially the business manager Shannon. My kid's dentist never get the insurance amount correct which plays havoc with my FSA, but Dr. Mansell's business office gets it right every time. They're objective has always been to provide a pain-free professional service and on that score I again give them five stars. Their hygienist team is also good. Like many service businesses, they have had a tough time with Covid but they put air filters in each exam room and added more disinfectant procedures. The only thing you might be surprised at is the condition of the building and office doors, walls, ceiling, etc. the building was built in the 60's and some of the infrastructure hasn't been changed since then although they have upgraded the waiting room a few times since the 70's. They have also upgraded the exam/procedure rooms with digital X-rays. I keep going because they do a good job on my teeth, are very friendly, and do a great job with accounting.
