I am always greeted with kinds words like "hello Maria welcome how are you doing" and when I leave "great seeing you again; have a great day." Their lobby area is very calming, even though it's small, it still feels comfortable. I really like the calming scenic pictures and soothing music on the TV screen. I went this morning for a post-op visit. Dr. Bunnell said, let me remove the stitches and you can eat and drink what ever you want. I asked, even Coffee? He said oh, yes. He did a great job! Dr. Bunnell is very professional, calming and friendly. I highly recommend them for procedures that you might need.

However, if you show up on time, be prepared to WAIT and WAIT. From when you show up to when the doctor sees you, it will be an hour or more. Your time is not important. Hard to get your X-rays If you want the X-rays you paid for, that will be a challenge. You will have to ask several times. They will tell you that they will send them, but you're going to have to call them several times.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband had several teeth pulled and they wouldn't stop bleeding. Dr. Ritchey met us at his office at 9:30 p.m. to stop the bleeding. Would recommend them highly. There are 3 dentists in the office now. Very short wait if there is any wait at all.
