We were able to get right in to see Dr. Eddie and after his thorough exam, deduced it was from open mouth sleeping. Though we were only scheduled for the exam, they also got us in for the most thorough teeth cleaning I've ever seen my son receive and I was in tears at the sight of how clean they were able to get them. They're scheduling appointments on top of other appointments in which the dentist isn't able to check in on patients at their designated time. In November, I was treated for two cavities, and the fillings were placed entirely by a dental assistant, not the dentist. He never administered the numbing injections or performed the drilling; he simply handed instruments to the doctor and then filled the cavities himself after the doctor was done. Both fillings fell out within a week. I had never experienced nerve pain like this before. I was asked to return to have the fillings redone at 8:00 AM. I arrived on time and was seated in a treatment room with instruments laid out, but I was left waiting until 11:30 AM. I stayed because I had two open cavities and severe nerve pain. When I finally asked what was happening, no one seemed to know. I was told the doctor was busy. Later, an X-ray technician came in, told me I would not be seen, and walked me to the front desk, where I was told my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I had wasted hours of my time and gas for no reason. To make matters worse, I was later told that I "canceled" my own appointment simply because I walked to the front desk -- something that was never explained to me. It has now been over a month, and both fillings have fallen out again, leaving me back in pain. I have been a patient here for about five years, but the office frequently changes its name and staff, which is concerning. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking safe, reliable, or compassionate dental care.

She made other comments about knowing it was me and how they take reviews very seriously. It was awkward, and with the amount of people involved, it was definitely an attempt to pressure me into taking it down. I didn't lie. it would truly be an introvert's nightmare in this position, and it felt so gross. I just wished they had treated me decently before I felt compelled to leave a negative review.
