My dental hygienist, Mardel, was the nicest lady. She didnt say a single negative thing to me after not having had my teeth cleaned in over four years. I went back a few days later for a wisdom teeth consultation with Dr. Otto. Then two days later my wisdom tooth was swollen. Appointment was made in advance for fitting. He turned 65 on Feb 5. The following week, one day before he was to go in, he was informed that the process he'd gone through, including extractions and bone removal surgery, that was part of his overall plan of care they'd made for him was no longer their problem. He now has to wait for 8 weeks for a new patient appointment and will have to wait another month or two before dentures are made! In the meantime, neither the doctor or the staff accepted responsibility for their failure to stay on top of this nor did they show any concern at the fact he now has another three to five months of eating mash potatoes and pudding and other soft foods! Terrible customer service. Refused to work with him to take care of their negligence. Would not recommend at all!
