No regular checkout registers open, the aisles were jammed with vendors unloading their wares onto shelves and I found myself dodging every possible obstacle that presented itself. Anyway, at self-checkout, the damn device detected my personal bags and the prescription bag and wouldn't allow me to finish without the obvious fat ass that was supposed to be monitoring the area, finally walked back very leisurely to the area and point blank accused me of being the problem with my bags. I'm 80 years old and I don't need some damn lazy idiot telling me that I'm the problem. If he had been working for me back in the day, I would have fired his lazy damned ass.

No mater; they have all been friendly and helpful lately. I like that. They never stopped being an affordable option for most products, although like any retail establishment some of their offerings are "cheap" rather than just a good value. Fortunately they will gladly accept a return if something fails, even if you have to use their pen. I haven't had to make a return since April, so I don't know if that silliness remains. Though that may save them a minute or two of their techs time, I'm not about to waste my VET's time sending in prescriptions to multiple pharmacies just for pricing, so their loss. This is the case for filling prescriptions, but especially for vaccines. Multiple times I have scheduled appointments for vaccines here. Whenever it's anyone else, I get right in with my insurance information quickly and efficiently. But with her, I have never been able to actually get a vaccination. This has been 4 different occasions. She has repeatedly told me I don't have the correct information or that my insurance doesn't cover it, even though they do. She is unwilling to call my insurance to confirm or work with me with the information that I have that is sufficient for anyone else. I go to the Safeway that's much further away on the same day and get the vaccine with no problem. My only conclusion is that she is politically anti-vaccine and resists any customers who want one.
