They took 2 weeks to do the work and mess up her yard buy at least 5 different trench trying to find the main drain (which was 40 ft in her yard all the way across) They killed her Tree because they went on both side and taking all the roots out looking for main they never found it .they wanted us to reach out to city so we did because she was still having back up .City ran dye down drain and it never came out the main so they didn't hook it up to main drain .City helped us out and found FULL NELSON PLUMBING .They came out and had to run new line to main sewer they did it in 2 day and had to fix the yard up because Zoom left a mounds of dirt the hole link of her yard .We talked to Zoom owner and Scott agreed to give Full Nelson the 7000.00 that my mom had pain them .but they haven't got pain or heard from him. he also won't take our calls !!! DONT TRUST THIS MAN HE LIES and take advantage of elderly!!!!

I ended up calling Duty calls and having them do additional work since these clowns will not even provide documented camera proof for service that should have been rendered. STAY AWAY!!!

We initially called A1 to snake a drain. They were unsuccessful and told us they would return the next day with a camera and hydro jetter. When their technician, Chris, arrived, he declined our offer to show him the other half of the basement and began working. He went into the wrong pipe, causing sewage water to explode out of a basement toilet and contaminate carpet, baseboards, boxes, and personal property. When I asked what we were going to do about the sewage, Chris said, "We'll deal with this later," and walked away. He later apologized, admitted fault in front of a witness, and assured us A1 would cover the cleanup at no charge. Based on that promise, we canceled our own cleaning crew. A1 later refused to pay, telling us Chris was nervous, "misspoke," and didn't have authority to make that promise. A1 then worked on our main sewer line, removed roots, and told us the line was clear. Less than ONE WEEK later, our sewer backed up again. We hired another company, and they removed a massive ball of roots that A1 had left behind. When we contacted A1 about the second backup, they refused to even send someone to the house and told us to send a picture instead. Customer service manager Phyllis was rude, Tim promised to call us back the next morning and never did, and we still have not received the footage we requested. A1 says they stand behind their work, but that was not our experience. They caused a sewage mess in our basement, backed out of their technician's promise to cover the cleanup, told us our sewer line was clear when it clearly was not, and provided terrible customer service afterward. Do not hire A1. We ultimately had to pay another company to address the problem they told us was already fixed and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation other than say their technician was nervous. We called this company out for a "clogged" bathroom sink and now we sit with thousands of dollars out of our pockets of damages. Dan was attentive in the beginning process and was very kind to our family. However he stated he wouldn't do anything to put his business or my family as risk. Knowing our Pipes were galvanized he still chose to snake our pipe and bust a huge hole and cause the havoc we are now in. Our family was understanding this was a mistake and dan admitted he "must have poked a hole when he snaked it", he came back out to our house immediately and also delivered us floor fans. This is more than we could ever ask for. The next day our hard wood floors begin to buckle. My husband had reached out very kindly and explained the circumstance and requested his business liability ins as any business should have. This is when things turned upside down. Him and his wife began to harass us all day via text and calls asking for our homeowners insurance as this is like a "car accident". At this time the company decided to "sever" their business with us leaving us with no working sink, a hole in our pipe and severe water damage. When severing his business with us he stated he needed to save his ass and make sure he can continue to put food on the table for his family. It would have cost Drain Cleaners $1500 to file a claim and then they would have made back $700 from us by completing the work. However he didn't think about what he was doing to MY family. Now my family of 5 (including a newborn) had to pay $1500 for deductible through own insurance, $600 for pipe repair, and now we are living out of a tiny hotel room due to our house being "unlivable" for the forsaken future. Please do your research before hiring a company! I'm all about supporting small business as we continued our repair with a small business. But if you have older pipes, think wisely.

After calling Mr. Rooter at 8:30 this morning, they were at our house by 9:15am! The technician augered our line and was able to pull out the tree roots that Bob Hamilton had left behind from when we hired them in March. They even put a camera down the line (Bob Hamilton claimed they didn't have a camera small enough) and found the clog. They were professional, clean, and thorough with their inspection. They quoted us about $15k less than Bob Hamilton did to replace the full line, too. We will definitely be using them again!
