Again, I can't eat baklava, but I thought the gesture was fine. My friend was interested. The food was tasty, but after waiting so long I was starving and it wasn't enough to fill the void. The people at the table behind us left because they ran out of time after 80 minutes of waiting. The server, who should've been the one to tell us what was happening and the reasons for the delay brought the check and walked away. No baklava, no discount for inconvenience, no apology, no "thank you for your patience", no water refills at any point. 90 minutes start to finish under a vent dumping cold air. So I struggle to give a bad review because the food was good and I understand emergencies. However, the lack of communication and follow through warrant a reminder than customer service is important.
