Walked in and it was a welcoming vibe, the soccer game was on and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, when I got my juice, it was watered down. It seemed more like a smoothie. They added ice to it. So the beet, the orange and the lemon flavors were all minimized. Maybe I didn't read a description of the juice, I just expected it to be juice with it being blended with ice. Overall it seems like a nice place.

I was in need of a natural juice for hydration and cleanse and saw this shop on Yelp. Since I was down the street charging my work laptop at the Public Library, it was perfect for the short distance and parking. Inside, it's like any other juice shop, and the young man who took and made my order was really nice. He had pride in his work, too. That's the highest compliment I can give. I had an issue with a tooth amidst a root canal at the time, so he avoided using ice to prevent any problems. Given the heat outside, it would have been better, but better safe than sorry is a good maximum. The fruit was fresh and all flavors merged well. I drank it too quickly perhaps, but it quenched my thirst and need for nutrition.

Great fruit tarts, always fresh, things move fast there so fruit is always fresh and shell crisp. Poua, has helped us many times there, I do regret I can't name all the great employees there, I'll have to look at some receipts, none the less, they are all naturally friendly though I think they under staff on some shifts, heating things, scooping gelato and making coffee drinks all take time when you have a line of anxious customers. There are a few tables and chairs scattered around, nice place to watch the crowds if you can snag one. The only change I'd make is have an extra person during busy times, and never just two, it's really too much for two to handle things there when things do pick up. A very nice place with great bakery goods and all else!

This hit the spot and was not glazed on top nor was the custard sweet which I prefer. Good choice if you want something fresh and not heavy and rich. The cafe is cute, but not really all that pink? Great spot if you're looking to enjoy some coffee and pastries.

Plus it's right across the street from the theatres and a couple of restaurants and bars. It's located right in the heart of downtown Cathedral City. Plenty of parking with the street, parking lot, and the structure thats round the corner. When we walked in, I was surprised at how big the place was. A couple tables for outside seating and a good amount inside. The gentleman working was the sweetest. Very friendly and nice. He explained what was there as it was our first time here. They have all the selection of flavored dole soft serve. There's a wall with all the selections. Same concept with the frozen yogurt where you grab a cup, serve yourself and add your topping and then it gets weight. Except it's the dole flavors. Then there's the ice cream counter with whatever flavors you crave. Loads to choose from that it can be overwhelming, but in a good way....lol. Besides a scoop of ice cream, they also offer the fancy creation. Shakes, sundae, bananas splits, ice cream sandwiches and so much more options. I kept it simple this time with two scoops of salted caramel and cookies and cream. Classic yet so good. We now know what this place is all about and it's definitely a favorite so far. The gentleman working was a major doll and the sweetest. Will for sure be back for more ice cream and dessert. Plus, they have an amazing selection with music.

Terrible experience relayed to me by my husband Joe. This…read moreevening, my husband ,Joe went to Monster Shakes by the Mary Pickford theater to meet a friend for a sweet treat. He arrived a few minutes early and went inside to wait. The man behind the counter asked what he wanted to order, and Joe politely explained that he would wait to order until his friend arrived in about five minutes. The employee told Joe that he could not wait inside unless he was ordering ice cream immediately. Joe again explained that his friend was almost there, but the man nastily told him to wait outside instead. My husband, not wanting any confrontation, went outside and stood in 104° weather waiting for his friends. When they arrived, they all went inside and still spent about $25 on ice cream. What upsets me most is that there was no apology, no explanation, and the store was completely empty at the time. Nobody should be treated this way, especially over simply waiting a few minutes for a friend inside an ice cream shop. I will absolutely be contacting the manager or owner to understand why this happened. I can also guarantee that I will never recommend or return to Monster Shakes after hearing about this disgraceful treatment of my dear husband.

When I came the girl at the counter said they only had one serving of boba left and they were out, which way understandable since I came near closing time. She spread the boba out for 3 out of the 5 orders I ordered. The boba was good and I liked the assortment of fruit slush varieties which were interesting, especially the spicy watermelon but I was more favorable to honey dew. They also have options to substitute milk for almond or soy milk which was cool. Despite it being closing time the girl was busy working on my order and nice about it, so I tipped her. It was good quality boba and reasonable price, averaging around a little over $5 and I am open to revisiting again.

Anyways the whole vibe was off. Place was clean. Prices are okay. But not worth it. I got the almond milk tea with fruit jelly and they jelly tasted old. Definitely not coming back.

I probably shouldn't have dropped by when I was already in a hurry but I honestly didnt think it would take as long as it did. There was no one in the shop so I thought I'd order quickly, have my drinks made and then run off. The girl was likely new. She seemed like she was writing down the ingredients for the drinks we ordered. Then when it came time to make them, it seemed like she was slowly gathering things up. Someone else came in and started looking at the menu. She waited at the register to take the order instead of getting my drinks started. This delayed things further. It was unfortunate that she was alone taking orders and making drinks. The smoothie that I had was delicious. We also got a fresh juice. It was all so good. It was a pretty quiet time at the shop with only 2 customers but the delay made it seem like it was packed. Id love to give it a try again the next time I'm in the area. I hope the experience is a bit different.
