I really enjoy any chance that I get to come to the Women's Park. It is very low key and has a nice…read moretrail for walking and biking along the center lake. I find it to be very peaceful here. The park also includes a little butterfly garden area. The butterflies are mostly seen during Spring time. Additionally, they have a pavilion to rent for parties and a little playground for the kids. There are also wooden benches alongside the park with bbq racks. If you're in the west Flagler area, check it out! A park dedicated to Women, yay!

I had been wanting to go try out this park with my small dog for a long time. Today, I finally had…read morethe opportunity to take him and check it out. Before making the drive, I saw on the apple maps that it was a "pets welcome" park. Upon arriving at the park I had just began my walk when an old white woman (seemed to be a park employee) advised me that pets were not allowed in the park. She asked if my dog was a service animal and he was not wearing his vest at the time but I let her know he was actively in training and she began to interrogate me on whether I had bags to pick up his poop (which I did and showed her) and let me know that people will complain about him being in the park. During my ONE lap around the park, I was told to leave after we finished one singular lap. I actually had 2 positive interactions with different park visitors acknowledging my dog in a very happy manner. The park employee seemed to be the only one bothered by myself and my dog being there. We were not bothering anybody, we were practicing his training, and instead of harassing me, she should've been focused on all of the duck poop that coats the sidewalk. It is impossible to even walk in a straight line without having to worry about stepping in a fresh puddle of duck poop. She admitted that people bring their dogs to the park all the time, why were we treated so poorly as if we also don't have a right to simply take a walk around the lake? I even attached the picture stated that the park is pet welcoming. This has never happened to us before in any other park regardless of whether there are no pets allowed signs or not.

This is a hard 3 stars to give because musically it's an almost perfect 5 stars! I came here…read moreSaturday night with a lady friend. We went for the "Stevie B Spring Love Music Festival", a 4 hour celebration of classical music (if you lived in Miami or NYC between the 80s and 90s). Vivo is the outdoor entertainment area of Dolphin Mall, located near the parking garage (we were able to get a good spot) and their restaurant row (including Sports and Social as well as PBR Country Music Bar). We went General admission, and stood near the back to dance & go around the different restaurants. However, we still had a pretty good view of the stage. Audio was great as well, from both the musicians as well as my attempts to sing. "Spring Love, Come Back to Me" "Because I love you (the postman song") aka cortavena music "L.o.v.e" by Erotic Exotic If any of those songs bring back nostalgia then you're in the right place. So why only three stars? Well the three pop up bars they had in the area had a limited selection of drinks. I get it that a mojito is a little more complex to make in a concert setting , so I just enjoyed rum and cokes. However, they had no wine at any of the pop up bars. My friend - who's a wine drinker - tried her number2 choice but alas they didn't have Malibu rum either. This was also the case at the ventanita (the part of Sports and Social with the outside window directly at the concert area. Our culinary fortunes improved somewhat at the inside bar of Sports and Social where she got her wine and me my mojito. We also enjoyed ham croquettes and yuca fries from Sergio's (not my restaurant :) who apparently provides their late night menu. Another thing that could be better were the bathrooms. Both in the men's and women's the water pressure was low and both soap & paper towels ran out fairly early. Music 5/5 Food & Beverage (outside) 3/5 Food & Beverage (inside) 4/5

The reality is, they will do everything in their power to dismiss you especially if you're outspoken, advocate for yourself, or simply refuse to be silent. Speaking up for yourself? Trust me, they'll find a way to push you out. Talking to the director? Doesn't matter--they don't care. It's all about tuition dollars. They set students up to fail. Concerns aren't addressed, they're brushed aside. The entire system feels designed to profit off students instead of genuinely educating them. Bottom line: this school is not invested in your success it's invested in your wallet.

Why does this campus seem to be extremely underfunded and mediocre compared to the other locations…read more(Los Angeles, Texas) despite us paying the SAME cost to attend? We pay tens of thousands to attend a school that is lacking in sufficient equipment. Don't let them fool you, the school only consists of 2 floors in the entire office building. With very little study spaces compared to the other campuses. Additionally the "simulation labs" are quite lacking. The arms for IV insertions are falling apart and some are unusable. There are only 3 IV pumps that must be spread out through both floors. Attending open lab is a joke since there isn't enough equipment available. Many things broken or used way past their prime. WHERE is our money going? To add insult to injury, the "student events" we receive are a total joke. For Example, Los Angeles campus received a holiday party that was catered with a Crepe station with many toppings and food to choose from. Our school, where we pay the SAME amount, received cookies to "decorate" but NOT eat because the expiration date on the cookie box was 2020!!!! Are you joking? We pay 100k+ and you can't afford some non expired cookies? Our food option was one box of Walmart cookies that were old and stale. It was an absolute joke and just insulting considering there are people going into debt just to be here. DO BETTER !

My experience with this institution has…read morebeen defined by a lack of transparency, unauthorized enrollment actions, and financial practices that place profit over student outcomes. I was never clearly notified of a $100 withdrawal fee--buried in documents not reasonably provided for review--yet it is now being enforced. At no point did I request withdrawal; I explicitly requested a temporary pause to complete CLEP exams and return with a structured plan to finish my program efficiently and responsibly. Despite this, I was enrolled in additional courses without my authorization, forcing me to submit a tuition appeal for four classes. After weeks of back-and-forth by email--during which I was also managing a serious personal health matter--I repeatedly asked, in writing, for my leave to be recorded as a W. Instead, the institution recorded a Drop on my transcript, a designation I never agreed to and was never given a real opportunity to contest. That decision is now actively obstructing my ability to transfer my credits and continue my education elsewhere. Academic support has been inconsistent at best. Course delivery relies heavily on external paid platforms, repetitive assessments, and minimal instructional engagement. Requests for guidance--particularly regarding CLEP eligibility and degree planning--were repeatedly deflected, delaying my progress and undermining my timeline to advance into a PhD program. I am formally requesting, in writing, that the Drop be corrected to a W, the withdrawal fee be waived, all related collections activity cease immediately, and my full academic record be released so I can continue my education without further obstruction. If this is not corrected, I will pursue legal action against this institution, regardless of cost. Students deserve transparency, respect, and competent academic guidance. In my experience, this institution treats revenue collection as a higher priority than student outcomes, and prospective students should weigh that heavily before enrolling.
