The lady was so kind to us especially since we were carrying a bunch of luggage and letting it sit there while we played. She had one of the best customer service I've seen in a long time! Plus we really had a great time doing the escape room and it was different and refreshing from all the other escape rooms we've done. Also the gentleman helping us with axe throwing was super helpful/knowledgeable! A great way to spend some time before our evening flight back home!

From what I understand you can rent this location for events, to sleep in, and it is used as a venue for Art Galleries as well. The layout is spaced out and the decor is refreshing. It is definitely different and a great place to hold events. The outside garden/backyard area is great to have an outside bar and goes well with the inside vibe. I am not sure about the process on how to rent this location, being I was just a guest. However, it looks family oriented and easy to work with. I am excited to visit Wynwood Lab again the next time I am in Wynwood or thinking about having an event.

When I went to purchase a bottle of water, I was surprised to see a gratuity option added for card payments. Paying nearly $8 for a bottle of water felt excessive, especially considering how hot it was outside. The last two rows were being used to host fighting game tournaments. Being a competitive gamer in Miami means not too many locations to play, but NLG is doing weekly tournaments on fighting games and it pulls a decent crowd. It's not an arcade, so if you're looking for other games this is not the place. They also allow you to rent out the entire place for parties.
