Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

I am repainting, replacing my carpet and i am also interested in Molyneaux's kitchen and bath refreshes. Jeanie actually recommended that i do not replace my carpet. She reluctantly took measurements and provided a verbal quote. Jeanie requested i pay half at the consultation and then she would provide the contract. Our interactions made me very uncomfortable paying before seeing a quote to confirm what i was buying. Regarding painting, she told me Molyneaux paint jobs are "expensive". I have no idea what that means because she refused to provide a general quote or a price range. But she offered to call another carpet client who had their interior painted to find out which contractor they used so that i could reach out to that painting company. Wow!!!! It really felt like she was not interested in discussing kitchen and bath solutions... so we didnt and i didnt hire Molyneaux for any of my home renovation projects.
