Coffee was just ok, they do not have any other sweetens other than table sugar, so if you are like me bring your own. Pleasant visit, but also the chairs were not that big so comfort is not there so make it a short visit or pick up and take home. Both owners were pleasant funny and talked to us for a bit regarding the loss of power around town. Good visit.

I think this may be one of those situations where a family member is super supportive and says "you should open a bakery" and the person actually does but has no real talent. We ordered a couple things. The cupcake was dry and definitely box mix. The frosting on it almost tasted like straight Crisco. The brownie we got was fine but again was like they baked a box mix. It was thin and something you would find on a plate at a superbowl party. Pretty much everything in the cases lacked a professional neatness to it which would be easy to overlook if it was delicious. Unfortunately it was more like a child's roadside bake sale.

I do wish they had some seating if you wanted to enjoy your pastry or baked good in there, but they do have picnic tables outside which is nice when the sun is shining. They have a lot to offer and it is grab and go. They mainly have cookies and small pastries rather then bread or other stuff like that but still good. I definitely think it is more grab and go and a historical place to see in Toledo.

My friend often gets his sourdough bread here and has tried many of their flavored breads too. We asked if they ever did sourdough pizza crust which sadly they don't. From 7 Little Cupcakes, we got a carrot cupcake, chocolate chip cooke and drizzled chocolate chip cookie. All items were about $13. I really enjoyed the carrot cupcake but wished the frosting was a cream cheese flavor. The regular cookie was good but could use some more present browned butter. The drizzled cookie was nice but definitely had bread flour in it to make it puffy. The flavoring from the flour was definitely noticeable. Overall, this is a great shop for baked goods. The owners are working and can answer questions which is great!

My first thought was going to Strachn this late was probably not a good idea. Much to my surprise, there was still many selections displayed. I tried a couple new items - a cherry filled jelly donut and strawberry cinnamon roll. Both were quite good. The strawberry cinnamon roll was just a faint taste of strawberry as I was hoping for more. I was greeted by those behind the counter as I entered the bakery. Service was friendly and helpful.
