I had a an Audi 2009 with low mileage so I knew these low ball offers were BS. These guys at SwapMotors have great customer service skills and a nice platform. They make everything super easy and obviously get you the best value for your car. I recommend the auction for fast results. You get to approve the minimum price it sells at. Process: 1) You choose to sell on an auction or the marketplace. I chose Auction 2) They come to your house and inspect your car. They take photos and do a quick test drive. 3) They post the ad online for dealers to view. 4) Your car goes to Auction on a Wednesday which is open from morning until 5 pm. 5) They come to your house with a check and you sign over the title. Note*: Ensure that your inspection appointment is confirmed. I ran into an issue where I scheduled too late (before 24 hrs) and assumed the appointment was confirmed.

I thought that no one would want to buy it after going around many junk car buyers and getting no good offers. Luckily, Enrique extremely helpful and I walked away with an excellent deal. I started researching used car buying services in the Chicago area. I found Enrique on Yelp and made a call. The car runs great but the mileage is high. When I called Enrique I knew I was in good hands. I had priced my car online so I had an idea what to expect. After we spoke, he gave me an appraisal over the phone, which was more than fair. It was actually more than I considered getting for the car. The buyer came to my office to purchase the car the very next day and was very professional. He verified the information that I gave him by phone, paid me in cash and removed the vehicle. That evening I was at the dealership with cash in hand! If you are trying to sell your car then I highly recommend sellmyusedcarfastforcashwithenriqueinchicago.com. This was an awesome experience.

We needed SOS form completed due to the old type of the title. Same came on-site and reduced offered price by 1/2 based on some nonsense "findings". Then we called Easy Tow. They offered us a very fair price and had no concerns around signing of the SOS form. Max was great to deal with. He provided great communication about the process and where the driver was, and we always knew what was happening on the day of the pickup. Easy Tow deals in cash, as the company name states, which is great. The driver did run a slightly short of what was offered, but that was fixed with a quick run to a neighborhood ATM ( who wants to run around Chicago with a ton of cash these days, right? ). I cannot recommend this business and Max enough. When our second 20+ year car decided she had enough, calling Max and Easy Tow will be our first stop.
