The straps are great. I use them every day st my job. The only issue I have had is that after some extended use the ratcheting mechanism fails. With that said there is a lifetime warranty. This is where the company really shines. I followed their directions for filing s warranty and they replaced sll of my straps no question asked. This is amazing. I had an issue where my Rhino USA analog tire pressure inflator and pressure guage wouldn't zero-out, so I contacted their warranty department with a video describing the issue, along with a brief description of the issue. Within less than an hour they contacted me, and shipped a replacement unit. That was probably the fastest and easiest warranty process I've had for any product, with any company. Customer Service is amazing and warranty is top notch but the retracting straps don't seem to last long and the retraction mechanism fails . I keep mine in the bag inside the cab of the truck so they get premium treatment and the cheap is I buy from the discount store I treat like garbage but they don't fail . I had one of the retractable 2 inch ratchet straps stopped working on the retractable portion obviously so far they have said they will send me a new one within 24 hours. I placed an order for 2 sets of retractable straps on 12/3 and the order stated it would be shipped within 3 business days. After a week I emailed customer service multiple times and never received a response. I finally had to call this morning after 12 days of silence and was told my order was cancelled because the straps were out of stock. They could not even tell me when it was cancelled. I never received an email or a refund. I asked if I wouldn't have called would they have just kept my money and not tell me? She said she didn't know. So shady.
