We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. Cleanup during the job was not as thorough as it should have been, with debris blowing into our yard and a neighbor's yard and damage to a security light and gutter flashing. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning given OSHA requirements for work over 6 feet. In the end, the roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally, but better communication, cleanup, and attention to safety would have made the experience much stronger.

We had to wait for spring to gather our finance and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed which it did in March. When the weather was scheduled to break, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work and pass it off to Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof, torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in one day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They smiled and said hello, and we encountered them and the cleanup was second to none! I have not seen one Nail or one Scrap of anything around the house!
