10-star service! -full roof replacement by Stonebridge in Sept 2024:…read more1. The owner whom I met while walking the block responded to my request for bid immediately and all follow up was quick, thorough, transparent and personal. He responded that very day. They communicated by text, email and phone and I could choose what worked best for me in any given exchange. It is so easy to get business done when a company uses all the tech available to them to reach their clients. I work full time and do not have the time to deal with any Mickey-Mouse operation who doesn't text or use other forms of communication, or takes forever to respond in 2024. 2. They are local, so I trusted them more. I was worried about shady contractors, so I liked that they had a local business address and staff who answer a phone, email paperwork etc. They also worked within what my insurance budget. Everything from the bid to the bill was above board, not shady! 3. The crew were the most hardworking I have ever seen. And, it was so hot that week! ‍They cleaned up after each session and were professional, polite and most of all very kind people. They kept their work contained in my yard and parked properly near my house in the street. They didn't encroach upon the neighbors' property. I received no calls or complaints. They kept all their equipment in order and they were not in our way. They parked their own dumpster to toss the old roof, and someone even came quietly after dark to retrieve it. There was no evidence of their trash, not a speck - impressive! 4. When it came time for me to pay, they offered to pick up the check personally because I was worried about mailing it. What service!!! I am a big fan! I highly recommend this company because they are easy to do business with and their builders are upstanding people. CALL THEM FOR A ROOF!!!

I signed a contract with Stonebridge Roofing on 11/3/2025, and my large roofing/siding project was…read morefinished on 5/27/26. Now that it's been a couple months, I wanted to share my experience working with the company. Throughout the project, I found the sales rep, office staff, and management to be courteous, professional, and generally responsive. When I reported concerns, Stonebridge agreed to fix the issues and worked through many of the problems I identified. Unfortunately, the installation side of the project was much more challenging. The biggest issues in my experience were with workmanship and quality control. Although Stonebridge has quality control people, it often seemed that completed work was not thoroughly inspected before crews left the job site. Instead, many issues were discovered only after I identified them and brought them to Stonebridge. Some examples of the issues I discovered included: - Step flashing had not been installed in one area where the roof meets a wall; wood was exposed. - A bathroom exhaust vent opening was completely covered over with siding. - Exterior light fixture mounting blocks and trim pieces were either installed crooked, not fully seated, or missing altogether. - Loose, bulging, and damaged siding in multiple areas. - Exposed nails through flashing, and bent drip edge. - Multiple areas where the roofing, siding, flashing, fascia, or trim installation required correction or replacement due to poor workmanship. These examples represent only a portion of a multi-page punch list I was asked to create by Stonebridge to document the issues. Another recurring challenge was communication between sales/project management and the onsite crews. I often discussed specific install details or repair issues with sales or office personnel, but many times that information was not communicated to the crews performing the work. Installers would arrive without a clear understanding of previous discussions, requiring the same issues to be explained multiple times. An additional challenge was the language barrier with the non-English speaking onsite crews. By itself, this would not have been a concern if there had been stronger supervision and communication from Stonebridge project management. However, when questions arose about workmanship or repairs, it was very difficult to communicate directly with the installers. My goal with this review is to provide an honest account of my experience so prospective customers know what they may encounter. If you choose Stonebridge, my advice is to stay actively involved throughout your project, inspect the workmanship carefully, ask questions, and don't assume completed work has already been reviewed or inspected. In my experience, Stonebridge was willing to respond after problems were identified, but much of the responsibility for finding those problems fell on me, the homeowner. This ultimately broke down my confidence in the quality of Stonebridge's workmanship.

Do NOT hire them! CAN'T get subcontractors to show with ANY consistency. Always "on their way"…read moreonly to be delayed by hours and sometimes the whole day! ALWAYS had to reach out to find out what was going on, only to be given timelines that were hardly ever met. Roof felt placed vertically (not good for watershed, especially on a sloped roof!) then couldn't get the roofer to show back up to fix it horizontally like we wanted (and should have been done in the first place!) in a timely manner. Ordered WRONG siding and then tells us it's "all they could get" on the day they start installing despite NEVER saying it was different size when it came in. Made a BBB complaint because they are definitely NOT A+ and someone needs to know it. Despite a MULTITUDE of complaints laid out to the owner, we were only given 2/3 of a refund of our deposit for "time and materials" of which they removed dormer siding and placed paper, removed shingles, and placed the roof felt vertically (again, not the way we wanted). They tried to offer to finish for free but given they couldn't get workers to show consistently and my husband WASTED 6 DAYS off work for what we were told was a "2 day job", we had lost ALL faith for them to complete and no longer wanted them on our property. Only took less refund in order to avoid taking them to court and wasting even MORE of our time (and money) on this horribly mismanaged company. Owner only offered a full refund IF we took down our BBB complaint because their BBB rating is more important to them than actually doing the job right, doing what was promised in the amount of time promised, or providing better management of their subcontractors. Wish I would have just flushed that 1/3 down the toilet or done something good with it than ever hiring these people.

Hired Chuck to do three separate jobs; Install an underdeck ceiling, install new electrical boxes…read morefor ceiling fans and install the fans, and to install a 108 inch sliding glass door. I will rate each job individually. Underdeck Ceiling: 2/5 stars. Ceiling came out with large gaps between the ceiling and the new gutter he installed. I had to tell him to fix it, as well as suggest ideas on how to make it look better. He later told me he had accidently skipped a step in the instructions. After the gaps were mostly fixed, the ceiling and gutter have visible waves in them. I never received the store receipt for the purchase of the materials, as I had requested. Materials were paid for in addition to the labor. Electrical/Ceiling Fans: 2/5 stars. He did a good job installing the electric. However, he installed outlet cover boxes that are off-white and are not paintable. So I am stuck with boxes that do not match my wall. After he installed the ceiling fans (2 ea.) I had to go behind him and tighten down screws in one of them to stop it from wobbling. He ran the electric through raceways (as agreed upon), but instead of buying all of the correct parts required, he cut the raceways he had and caulked them together. I never received the store receipts for the purchase of the materials, as I had requested. Materials were paid for in addition to the labor. Sliding Glass Door Ordering/Installation: 1/5 stars. Chuck gave me a bid of $350 to install the door and an additional $1000 if a new header was going to need to be installed. I had Chuck order the door through a local distributer. He told me the door was going to cost $2400 and I would need to pay for it upfront. So I wrote him a check for $2400. I never received the store receipts for the purchase of the materials, as I had requested. Materials were paid for in addition to the labor. The door was delivered to the distributer in about three weeks. The door then sat there for an additional 2 1/2 weeks before Chuck could get to it. It was then delivered to my house. Chuck then cut a 112 inch wide hole in my house for where the door was to go. He then unpacked the door and installed it. It was not until then that he finally realized that it was not the correct door. He admitted that he usually checks the doors himself as soon as they are delivered to the distributer, but this one time he did not. So, we ordered a new door, that was delivered to the distributer 5 weeks later. It arrived on a Friday, and Chuck arrived at my house the following Thursday to install it. Upon his arrival with the new door, he then realized that again it was not the door I had wanted. So, I guess he does not always check the door as soon as it is delivered to the distributer as he had told me. This was the second time in a row that he showed up with the wrong door. As to who's fault it was that the wrong door was sent, I can not say for sure. I believe that the first door was not his fault, but I think he messed up the order on the second. I asked Chuck for a partial refund of $500, as I was going to end up paying for a door I didn't want. He replied that I could take it out of the $350 for the door install and the $1000 for the header. Only problem there is that he did not install a header, as there was an existing one there to begin with. After much arguing, he finally agreed to install it for free ($350 value) and refund me $150. The distributer called me later that day, because he was concerned about the situation. During the conversation we had, I learned that the door only cost $2000, not $2400. I asked Chuck about the discrepancy and he said the additional $400 I paid, was "his cut". It was then that I understood why I never received any receipts for the thousands ($3K-4K) in materials he charged me for. On a positive note, he did do a nice job installing the door once I was willing to accept the incorrect door, he did a good job installing it. I would not recommend him.
