Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

Our neighbors used a different company and hopefully theirs will be installed soon, but will likely happen 4-6 weeks after our job was done ! Two thumbs up for Lagunas Roofing! They came yesterday and again this morning and replaced the gutter downspouts and the aluminum garage door trim. Again, fast, clean and courteous workers. We even had an extended rain shower and that only slowed them a little bit during the heaviest rain. Great work and well ahead of my neighbors who have materials piled in their driveway and have weeks to wait for a crew.

They tried to offer to finish for free but given they couldn't get workers to show consistently and my husband WASTED 6 DAYS off work for what we were told was a "2 day job", we had lost ALL faith for them to complete and no longer wanted them on our property. Only took less refund in order to avoid taking them to court and wasting even MORE of our time (and money) on this horribly mismanaged company. Owner only offered a full refund IF we took down our BBB complaint because their BBB rating is more important to them than actually doing the job right, doing what was promised in the amount of time promised, or providing better management of their subcontractors. Unfortunately, my experience revealed something far less virtuous: a stunning lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism. I later discovered they have an exceptionally high staff turnover rate, which makes any sense of continuity or customer service nearly impossible. I signed a contract and paid my initial deposit to The Roofing Guys in April 2025 following the March hailstorm to replace my roof, siding, and gutters. In May, our assigned representative abruptly left the company (apparently due to not being paid). We were never notified of his departure or warned about potential delays. After weeks of repeated calls, I finally reached a new representative in June, and the roof was eventually installed. The roof itself? Mostly fine...once I stopped them from installing the wrong shingles. They arrived with tan shingles instead of the black ones we had selected and documented. Fortunately, I asked to see the materials before they were unloaded. Shortly after the roof was completed, that representative also left the company. Again, no communication. At this point, the turnover rate was moving faster than my project timeline. As summer turned to fall and fall turned into October, there was still zero progress on the siding and gutters. **seven months after signing the contract** I ultimately signed a Change of Scope just to extract myself from what felt like contractual purgatory so they would no longer handle the siding and gutters. However, because my original deposit covered the roof, siding, and gutters, they have been overpaid. The Roofing Guys have owed me over $2,000 since October. It has now been four months with no reimbursement and no meaningful communication despite weekly calls. Being ignored for weeks at a time is frustrating.
