Taia Burns, RGN Managment Agent, Taia is truly exceptional, and an excellent communicator. She speaks clearly and effectively when getting her messages across to the Board of Directors regarding policies and procedures. She knows how to bring the community together when dealing with problems. She is an excellent team member and move quickly on problems when brought to here attention. Everyone concern is always discuss with a posible outcome. It is a blessing to know that we have someone who is qualified to keep a working board team together. Very poor decision making,doesn't respect the bylaws of this community,raises condominium fees without any accountability for the homeowner's that lives on the property for 40+ years and the property owners have taken better care of the property than RGN Management or the third party who hasn't been voted in. read more

I received a reply to my initial review from Ken (who I assume to be an owner of RGN), stating that he would like to assist me in my issues. I forwarded all email threads, as well as explained the issues. I honestly believed I would finally be assisted. This morning, I received an email reply, requesting that I update my Yelp! review. My issues were not addressed, but I saw that the landscapers were on the property after not being here for a month. After I asked why I would change my review without assistance, Isha took over with responses. Mind you, Isha is the employee that I have been going back and forth with, with the negative interactions. I have included screenshots of email exchange below, but redacted names and email addresses. So far RGN Management has proven to be a terrible management company, their responses to issues has been poor to say the least. Addressing property issues is the worst -- the storm last week. There are tree branches in front on my property and RGN response was when the board approves it, only then will they remove the branches. The representative for RGN has made this a personal issues, rather than treating this as a homeowner complaint -- that isn't a good look. read more

RGN management is AWFUL! They don't answer emails, phone calls, or are there when you show up at the buildings to rectify a situation. I am an owner in one of their communities, and since I've lived here for 3 years, all they've done is increase the fees. If any other companies see this message, use this as an opportunity for new business. Figure out what they are managing and take it over. read more

RNG Management company took over our property a few years ago. When I tell you it's the worst thing that happen to our community . You call and leave messages, emails no one calls back . RGN Management is by far the worst property management company I've ever encountered. Their lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for safety is not only disappointing--it's alarming. Since RGN took over management of the Largo Town Center Condos, the property has noticeably declined. The buildings look increasingly dilapidated, and safety concerns are being ignored. I've made numerous calls to report serious leaks and other maintenance issues, but no one ever follows up. I'm repeatedly told that someone will return my call, yet no action is ever taken. There are issues that could seriously impact the structure and safety of the community, and RGN offers no support or transparency. It feels like this company is only interested in collecting money while doing the bare minimum--or nothing at all--in return. I strongly urge others not to consider RGN for property management. In my opinion, a federal investigation should be launched to determine where the community's funds are actually going. This company does not serve its residents--it exploits them. read more

I am under contract to purchase a Condominium whose HOA is being managed by RGN. What's been a dream about to come true has quickly turned into my worst nightmare. It was a smooth and sales process until the lender needed the condo questionnaire to filled out by RGN. They have done nothing the entire process aside from avoiding phone calls, emails and reassigning blame for not having information they should clearly have had before making the decision to take on a new client of this magnitude. Steve Marsh, Gwen (Gwendolyn) Nicholson and Isha McCain I, the lender and the Real Estate Agent and all contacted or made attempts to contact on numerous occasions to help resolve this situation to know avail. I spoke to Isha McCain who I had to track down on Facebook before getting response did call once. I spoke to her and she made promises to have it resolved and completed the next day. This was about two weeks ago, There was noting done and I am yet to hear from her again. If you are a property that needs to be managed, you should avoid this place like the plague and if you are looking to purchase or rent a property that's managed by them, do yourself a favor and save yourself the headaches that's sure to follow. LOOK ELSEWHERE. My closing date has had to be rescheduled twice now because of RGN management. It's currently 7/21/2025. I highly doubt that will happen but if it does or anything changes. Poor management, increased fees, complaints never addressed. Just blast emails when they are closed for holidays

As a long time resident of the community, I followed protocol and summited ARC request to make improvements to the exterior of my home. The HOA has still not approved the work that needs to be done as outlined in an inspection they conducted as well as work that needed to be done due to the age of the home and to maintain the integrity of my investment. The property management has given me a hard time with approvals due to my not being able to obtain signatures from other homeowners even after I disclosed my disability to them which prevents me from doing so. The property management company along with the HOA's processes for this neighborhood are not efficient and ineffective. The entire company is comprised of individuals who are more about control than actually being a support to the residents. read more

When I say the folks that left these reviews is no lie; I have been trying to reach them for 7 days regarding the entry door and inoperable fire alarm. both are serious safety issues for me. Don't know about nobody else. I haven't even received a return phone call. I have leaving several urgent messages. it tells you if it's an emergency to press star for the operator well, I wonder where the operator is At home sleeping. I guess I will refuse to pay my condo fees cause I'm getting no service and no return phone calls and we're paying them their salary. read more

Isha McCain is new to our community and we recently held our first general HOA meeting. She was there on time and prepared with a detailed management report, as our new property manager. I have only had positive experiences with her thus far. I know that our community is large and have quite a few challenges such as delinquent HOA fees, Parking, and Bulk Trash to name a few. These problems were here when she came on board and she is working, along side the Board, to help continue to address the issues and she has made several suggestions to the Board on how to repair some of our damage. As far as the other properties that have such negative things to report, I do not completely agree. I'm in the real estate profession and I know that this is just half of the story (in communities) and if some of your complaints were really investigated it would be much more to the story and the resident/homeowner would have to take some accountability as well as blame. read more

Stunningly poor financial and business practices. I bought a unit in one of the buildings RNG Management "manages". I then ran after them for six months trying to figure out how to pay may condo fees. I have records of 18 emails and six phones calls- all of which were either completely ignored or where I received a response that didn't give me information on paying my fees. It was only after a call that I made to RGN's "emergency" line about the building having no water that I was able to talk to Robert, the owner of RGN. He called me back on the "emergency" line 16 hours after I left the message. It was shortly after this call that I requested to see financials, which our bylaws say we should have access to in 21 days. It took several emails and four months to receive incomplete financial records from them. I've now spent another six months trying to get the most basic information from them about my account including random "Fee"s charged with no other explanation. I've sent eleven more emails and letters regarding this and they refused to provide me with a written explanation of the account. I just learned that RGN is delinquent on bills for services to our building. Their financial mismanagement is so bad, unit owners cannot pay fees to them and RGN is not getting bills paid out to our providers. read more

The only good thing about this business is the receptionist. The property manager Steve Marsh has not returned any of our emails and there was a major delay in getting the resale packet. Will be contacting the real estate commission for violations. read more

The employee Ms Faulkner at RGN management was very delightful and pleasant to work with. She went above an beyond to ensure she helped me with all my concerns.
