A few things that stood out: * Convenience: They performed the entire service right at my house. * Fair Pricing: Their quote was significantly better than other local shops and mechanics I checked. * Transparency: Sam (the lead mechanic) is incredibly professional and reasonable. Instead of just demanding a list of repairs, he gave me actual options and worked with me on the best path forward. No upselling, just honest advice. It's rare to find technicians who don't try to pad the bill. I'll definitely be reaching out to Sam for any future projects. Highly recommended!

I took it straight to these guys and thank god I did, they found that whoever had the car previously must have had mice and they moved into the engine area. There were chewed areas around the hood, the engine and probably the wiring. Besides the mice damage the car had issues. So we took it back to Carvana. I appreciate their honesty and customer service was amazing, if I replace that Audi I will definitely bring it here. Thanks again for keeping me from making an expensive mistake.

I did a Groupon for a radiator flush and fill for the Vette. And got an alignment for my 18 yrs son's as a BDAY present because his car was in need of some TLC!! The value we did receive from this place was more than that!!! I called in to schedule an appointment for the requested services I was given a date and time to show. When I showed up and checked in with the normal information. I received an explanation of the process that they take your vehicle through. You not only get what you originally requested you get so much more!!! It's like a check up for the entire system. Basically check up that tells you about your vehicle vitals. The value on that is PRICELESS. They will email or print the results for you and go over what they with you to ensure you know what repairs are needed or not. Plus they will tell you what's going good with your vehicle So you aware before you they have small area and a bathroom if you choose to wait. And the quoted time for the work can vary, depends on what work is being done. From my last service there with my now 18 year old son. Parking on the street for your appointment is best because there maybe other cars that have to move making room to get in and out of the bays. What I do know is the value received is epic!! So it's like I always say try it you may just like it's.

I contacted a trusted friend, Alex, who highly recommended Don Henderson's shop for their honesty and fair pricing. I called and was told to bring my vehicle in the same day.
