What started off as a stressful day turned around thanks to Jonathan. He was personable, friendly, and funny, which really brightened my day and gave me a much-needed laugh. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, and Jonathan jokingly mentioned there was an additional charge for early arrivals. It was a funny moment! Ended up getting a second vehicle for some time, brought the infinit to get it worked on, he dragged his feet for almost 4 months to get it done, had to make several calls to get anything done. I shouldn't have come back after that but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Tried to come back for something as simple as replacing a transmission cooling hose about 9 months later and he gives me the round around about getting the part that's needed, I catch him in an out right lie and subsequently get pushed off with the "I'll let ya know when the parts in the shop" which shouldn't have taken almost two weeks now. All the while I'm driving around waiting for him to get the part and the car could have a major issue leaving me on the side of the road, which Jake seems to be perfectly okay with. As a man, much less as a marine, you should have the bàlls to just tell me you're not interested in keeping me as a client but I guess veteran to veteran you don't seem to have much respect for someone whose given you a good amount of business over the years.
