What started off as a stressful day turned around thanks to Jonathan. He was personable, friendly, and funny, which really brightened my day and gave me a much-needed laugh. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, and Jonathan jokingly mentioned there was an additional charge for early arrivals. It was a funny moment!
