Scam shop stay away! They couldn't get the issue fixed, installed a part wrong, sold me parts I didn't need. Don't sign anything unless they have a description of the issue in detail. They wanted me to just sign a blank service order and did the same to a buddy, I had to correct them on how unprofessional that is. I live down the road from that place, I hope you remember this review eveytime I walk pass you guys, cause I do walk pass you guys often, you guys look like a dog with a tail between his legs. read more

I called in and spoke with Carlos about my cars engine. He was very nice and helpful and told me to bring my car in. They were very nice and honest and explained the options that I had. There happened to be a miscommunication when I was charged but when I got home they phoned me and offered me a refund in which I appreciated so much especially with the dilemma I was in. Do NOT get a smog test from here!!! Stay away from here. Emissions passed and then he said my engine check light was on and my timing was off so I failed. You pay the same price pass or fail which is usual. But I have never had my engine check light on so I looked more into it. I took it back after driving around for 30 minutes (no check engine light) and one of the guys said he could take a look at it if I "helped him out with dinner or something...like 50 bucks". He looked at it and said timing has to still be off, so I asked if he could test it to make sure. He showed me it was a little off. Once I asked can we adjust it; which I've done before. He said "no, that's a whole other job." But I need it to pass apparently and he's denying to help me fix the timing. It takes 5 minutes to adjust. Then he pulls me aside and says. "Listen, I'm not gonna adjust the timing, I'll redo the test and if the check engine light doesn't come on I'll pass you.." check engine light never came on and like I've said, I've never seen it on in that truck. Save your money and time and Do NOT go here. read more

Well here goes, about a year ago my car wouldn't start, so I called a local tow truck, and he recommended this place to me, these guys had me up and running in no time. Fast forward to a few days ago, I needed my other car serviced because the dang thing kept on stopping on me, the other shop had no idea what to do, and it just so happened that I had remembered the work that CD Auto Repair did for me a year ago, I dropped it off and before I could pout about not having my car, they called me within an hour telling me it's done and ready for pick up, wow!!!! This place and their employees are as good as it gets. My Dad has been going here for 15+ years for everything from smog checks to engine repairs. I started 3 years ago and won't go anywhere else. Trust is hard to find in auto repair and I don't give it often. I trust them with everything on my vehicle and have never been disappointed. They find it, fix i,t and stand behind it. My fault...I did not pay attention to the noises coming from under the hood. We were on our way to Cd Auto last Saturday and were half way there when the car lost all power. Luckily we were able roll into a shopping center lot. Their mechanic actually went back to our car to see if he could start it. We had our car towed to them. It was a Sat morning and they were busy...said they would take care of our car. They do close at 2 pm on Saturday's, but they told us our car would be a priority Monday. It was our timing belt that broke and since the engine was opened for the belt they suggested changing the water pump, we agreed. They fixed our car and we were able to pick it up Monday after work. they showed us the parts they replaced, gave a us a reasonable bill considering they had to open the engine. Our car is a 2001 Camry with 170K and it sounds so quiet and happy. We would refer you to Cd Auto in Casa de Oro in a heart beat. Good mechanic's are not easy to find. Try them out, I think you will be pleased with their honestly and pricing. read more
