She followed up several times to make sure I could schedule the visit at a time that was convenient for me, which made the whole process easy. When Sammy and Carlos showed up, they took the time to investigate and found the issue. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they clearly care about doing right by their customers. They went above and beyond and treated me with a level of generosity you rarely see these days. If you need a plumber you can trust, call Western Rooter and Plumbing and ask for Sammy and Carlos (and you'll be in great hands with Shella from the start). Highly recommend!

My dad's house had a shower leak for a while that went unnoticed. They no longer make the parts we…read moreneeded so we needed a new valve altogether. He had a set of replacement fixtures in mind so I didn't want to have to cut open the tile anymore than it was (7inch diameter) because it would prevent him using them. I knew it was possible, albeit difficult, but I struggled to find a plumber willing to even try doing the work in the existing opening. Out of the 17 plumbers I contacted, DP plumbing was the only one willing to try to save the existing hole dimensions. They made no promises but they managed to get it done and it looks great. Their price was reasonable considering the difficulty of the work and my dad is very happy with the results. Thanks guys

It was nice that they send a link to track the technician but I don't think it was working. Good thing Steve called ahead and informed me he was due to arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived along time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad compressor which required about a two order window. Steve was very professional and advised to contact the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. After contacting the manufacturer it was still under warranty but they require a service technician in their network to come out and diagnosed which would cost $145 and then they would order the parts. So glad JEA's service call was $50. Otherwise, I would have used JEA to continue the repair but it would cost me over $900.
