He found a way to mount these gates in a creative and sturdy way where we didn't have to nail them into the solid wood and metal banisters (see photo). I love the look of the gates. He also strapped down a bookshelf and heavy dresser to the wall. He added magnetic cabinet safety locks and a toilet lock for our baby's room. He totally understood my concerns (mostly aesthetic) and gave me the best possible outcome! He then spent as much time as I needed to "teach me the ropes" after the install was completed about 5-6 hours later.
