We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. They charged me $500.00 to put the parts on, cash again. So I paid them $1,200.00. When I had 300 miles on the car I checked the oil. They didn't change it but put a new sticker on the windshield. They kept my 5 gallons of oil and a new GM filter. I wonder if they used my quality AC Delco brake parts on their vehicle and put on some junk? I called and asked for a receipt and Chris went off on me saying he doesn't give receipts for cash. What a dishonest jerk. I finally got a receipt for the fuel line and caliper. Located Beck Automotive when searching "under Classic Cars Repair" for an alignment shop. Discovered Beck and gave them a call. Mark assured me he has a mechanic with years of experience, and he should be able to complete the alignment. Brought it in at 10AM, picked it up around 2PM. She wanted to come home for the weekend but we weren't even sure if that was possible to make the journey. They got her in right away to see what was going on. They fixed the problem so that she could be safe and told her there was one other thing that needed attention but wasn't an emergency. They didn't charge us for the quick fix or for looking over the vehicle. A parent's piece of mind is work 100 stars not 5 but that's all they allow me to give. Thanks so much for the speedy service.
