Brought it to two places downtown (both were confident they could do the work, both contacted me they were unable). Located Beck Automotive when searching "under Classic Cars Repair" for an alignment shop. Discovered Beck and gave them a call. Mark assured me he has a mechanic with years of experience, and he should be able to complete the alignment. Brought it in at 10AM, picked it up around 2PM. Alignment was completed "and it was perfect". Really thankful for their wonderful service........

I got booked right away for my appointment on a date and time that was convenient to my schedule. I got emails confirming my appointment and my car was taken back promptly at the scheduled time. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car returned to me as it was placed in the service centers hands. I neglected to mention that when the service technician came to get my car he had plastic for the seats and paper floor mat. My car was sounding the way that I expected with the parts provided and I couldn't be happier. As I always say, it's great going to Raymond's for service you establish a relationship with Bruce and his wife Kathy, Rose the desk attendee and Eric Pitts who oversees the mechanics of the operation. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their particular field, position or job and everyone is very pleasant to be around! The new US40 location is neat and clean, wait area spotless, rest rooms clean and soft drinks, water and coffee for the convenience. I can't think of a reason to go elsewhere. The first time the issue was something we needed the dealer for. They didn't try to charge any crazy fees or "fix" something else- they were 100% up front about the issue and the best way to fix it. The most recent experience, they had the vehicle one day and fixed multiple issues at a reasonable rate, so we were able to send our daughter off to another school year away from home with peace of mind. Only if you want to be scammed should you go here: most likely scammed because I'm female!…read moreI needed a tire replaced on a rim. they said it'd be about $100 total plus tax. I told them I wanted the replacement tire put on the rim and, because they were so busy, don't mess with the spare, I can put the new tire on. 1 hour and $135 later, I'm advised that anti-seize lubricant was used on the stems and 1 broke, 2 won't tighten. why did they even mess with the spare?!? Then they came to tell me that 2 studs broke now and 1 won't tighte. I said to get the car out in the parking lot and my mechanic will take care of it because I'm not paying them for stems that should have never been messed with and shouldn't have broken off unless THEY DID SOMETHING to it! I walked home and will have to pay to buy new stems and a ride service company to take me over there so I can do it myself if my mechanic is busy. To anyone not aware: I never thought about only taking in the rim inside to replace. They shouldn't have even taken the car in the garage! Also, "mounting" isn't for putting the tire on the rim. It means putting it on the car. These things are good to know so you don't get scammed. At least I know now! Don't go here!
