When I arrived it looked very unkept so I was not sure of how the service would be. I called before arriving to make sure they would be able to fit me in and it only took 30 min which was great but the quality was not that great. I noticed some bubble spots left on the tint and I had to get a ruler when I got home to try and get rid of the bubbles. I would have also liked to have seen some samples of different tint percentages before making a decision. The guy just looked at my car and said your back windows are at 15% and I wanted my front windows to match so he did explain that this was not street legal so I appreciated that. Overall I'm satisfied for the price but he could have made sure the air bubbles were all gone. It was only $95 for two windows so it wasn't bad.

On top of that they damaged my door panel and this was on a brand new car with 3000 miles. The owner offered to redo it and do the back windows or windshield for free so we let him do the windshield and when it was done it had dirt and bubbles all over the driver side. again they said it would go away nope they had to redo it and still has bubbles. granted not as bad ass the first time but now we just have to remove it and cut our loses and end this nightmare.Dont let them touch your car it's not worth it.I do want to say the owner is a nice guy but he lets his workers do whatever they want and doesn't care about quality work

After already paying them, I had to take my car somewhere else to have the work redone correctly because they clearly did not care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction. The Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and several of the workers were vulgar and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like my concerns didn't matter at all. Do not trust this place with your vehicle. There are far too many reputable auto glass shops in Houston to waste your money here. Save yourself the frustration, the extra expense, and the headache. Absolutely unacceptable service. Period.

I needed my front windshield replaced. I scheduled an appointment at their 59 and Beltway 8…read morelocation, and we had a couple back and forth calls to settle on the type of windshield I needed. They do a VIN look up to see what windshield you need, and apparently mine had various sensors and was quoted $300 whereas the basic windshield was $200. They were willing to install the cheaper windshield for me as my "sensors" were nonfunctional to my knowledge, but they warned that some cars will have a warning light on the dash if it isn't right. I am glad they were willing to be flexible, but I opted for the "right" windshield at $300. Day of my appointment, the gentleman working the front quoted me 1 hour 15 min wait time. He checked out my car about 15 min after my appointment time, and informed me that the glass they had included other various sensors that my car did not have. He informed me he could have the actual right windshield shipped over in 45 min and installed in 30 min, and it would be $250 total. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed, and everything was done in the exact time he quoted me. Overall, I was there 1.5 hours past my appointment time. There was bits of excess rubber/scraps from the adhesive on my dash and seats afterwards. I don't have the cleanest car right now, so it wasn't bothersome, but if it's something you care about then keep in mind. The light rain a few hours after the replacement did not leak through. I will update this review if I come across any issue with the replacement. They offer a 2 year warranty on air and water leaks from their replacement.

I recently needed a windshield replacement for my 2015 Nissan Rogue after a rock chip quickly…read morespread into a crack well over six inches long. The crack continued growing throughout the day, making replacement unavoidable. I shopped around and received quotes from several companies: +Pulidos Auto Glass: $427.59 +Apple Glass Company: $429.93 +Safelite AutoGlass: $496.54 I ultimately chose Pulidos Auto Glass, and I'm glad I did. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. If you need a windshield replacement in Houston, I would absolutely recommend John Pulido and Pulidos Auto Glass.
