I started to walk back to my car and the door opens and he looks at me and says "why did you pull on my door like that?". I said "I have an appointment". He said "you did not have to pull on my door like that". No "good morning" no "thank you for coming to get work done" just straight confrontation. They have their own parking lot and inside the lobby and office were spacious. I met with a man who gave me the quote for a ceramic tint and it was competitive including a lifetime warranty. I wanted two shades with the front doors the legal limit and then the back doors and rear window darker. For that they added $25 to the bid. The next day I set an appointment and was told it would take about 90 minutes for the install. Upon arrival, I was waited on quickly by a lady and she took my car on time. They put 2 installers on the job and finished in 45 minutes. During that time I waited in their large waiting room that had a TV and coffee. Afterwards I paid and left. It was a professional experience and I am happy with their work. I recommend Executive Tint.
