Cross kept me in the loop on updates every day and provided pictures along the way as well. The car looks flawless, correcting any scratches/marks and then PPF'ing it perfectly. I started to walk back to my car and the door opens and he looks at me and says "why did you pull on my door like that?". I said "I have an appointment". He said "you did not have to pull on my door like that". No "good morning" no "thank you for coming to get work done" just straight confrontation.
