I got a flat tire going to work a few months back and got out of my car in the Home Depot parking lot in my skirt and heels when it was around 95 degrees. Robert saw that I was struggling after I kicked my shoes off and very kindly offered to change my tire for me. Although I do know how to change my tire - it would have taken me a lot longer and I would have been drenched in sweat before my office job if Robert had not helped me out. A lot of thanks to him and you should know that you're getting a vendor that cares about people if you choose him!

After moving to Houston, I quickly realized that finding people who truly take pride in their work…read morecan be a challenge. Perhaps it's a generational shift, but after dealing with various contractors, lawn services, restaurants and repair shops, many businesses do the absolute minimum, just enough not get fired. However, Manny at NTouch Autotint & Accent is a breath of fresh air. He is a true professional who delivers high-quality work in a timely manner. While his excellent rating drew me in, but what really impressed me was how gracefully he handled the only two low reviews he's received which told me everything I needed to know about his character. My wife and I are thrilled with the work he performed on her vehicle. If you want someone you can trust with your car, someone who actually cares about the quality of their work, Manny is the person to call. Thank you, Manny--please keep up the exceptional work. You've earned a customer for life.

I was looking to get work done on our new SUV, mainly for protection but also tinting. Basically…read moreprotected the whole thing with XPEL PPF, ceramic tint all around and ceramic coating inside and out. It roughly took a little over a week to have that all done and could not be happier. Cross and the team were very professional and worked on pricing since I bundled several services together. Obviously expensive but we're looking to keep the new car for years to come and I have no doubt it'll be pristine 10 years from now. Cross kept me in the loop on updates every day and provided pictures along the way as well. The car looks flawless, correcting any scratches/marks and then PPF'ing it perfectly. I can barely tell where it begins and ends. I cannot recommend Tint World enough. You get what you pay for.

Window tint prices are very competitive these days. After doing a lot of research, I found that…read morenano ceramic tint is considered one of the best options on the market. I called around 6-7 different tint shops to compare pricing, and most quoted me anywhere from $300 to $700 for the side and rear windows. 3M Executive off Hillcroft stood out because they invited me to stop by so they could explain the different tint options in person. I'm glad I did. They took the time to walk me through the various types of tint and even had demonstration displays that let me see and feel the heat rejection differences between each product. Their professionalism and willingness to educate me made a big difference. In the end, I paid $700 to have all of my side windows, rear window, and windshield tinted. I honestly don't remember if I chose the nano ceramic option, but after seeing the demonstrations and comparing the available products, I felt confident going with their premium 3M tint, which also includes a lifetime warranty. The service was outstanding. They were able to start working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and the entire installation took only about an hour and 15 minutes. While I waited, they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and the waiting area had a TV with access to multiple streaming platforms, making the time pass quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend 3M Executive to anyone looking for professional, high-quality window tinting backed by excellent customer service.
