I've always felt welcomed and always felt like my children were in good hands. From the level of care they display, the pleasant attitudes and demeanor, from the gentleness of how they handle my children will be forever appreciated. The front office staff is knowledgeable and kind. The dentist are truly skilled at what they do, I will be sad when my kid no longer attends this dentist! They are awesome.

They were able to get us an appointment a lot faster than other pediatric dentist offices I called and after discovering at our first appointment my son would need teeth removed and crowns they made sure to get us in within just a couple weeks, most places were telling me it would be months before he could have the procedure before we came to Chesapeake Dental! The office is so big, clean and welcoming. You automatically feel comfortable as soon as you walk in and get a calming vibe. We had the sweetest assistant who was so kind to me and my son. Dr Kwak is absolutely amazing. It feels like you're talking with a friend. She was so sweet to my son, you just know your child is in good hands with her. She listens and doesn't push you or your child. She explains things so we as parents understand. The whole entire staff is so kind I can't say enough good things about them. I would never take my children anywhere else.

When it comes to emergency dental situations, this office has truly exceeded my expectations. The…read moresense of urgency they bring to every situation makes you feel genuinely cared for. My son broke his tooth, and Dr. Diane immediately made space in her schedule, twice, to make sure he was seen as soon as possible. The entire team handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with real compassion. They took great care of my son and did everything they could to address the issue promptly. In a moment of stress, they made us feel supported and prioritized. The hygienist and dentist answered all of my son's questions and engaged him in other conversation to keep him calm and comfortable. As a Mom, I love that level of care for my child! I'm incredibly grateful for how fast and attentive they were. Highly recommend.

My child started going here a little before 2 years old. I found simple cleanings were fine. My…read morechild needed a tooth extraction and became scared. Part 1 was complete. We needed to come back for a part 2. I told the hygienist, I would like to talk to the dentist to adjust the plan, to address my child's anxiety. A few days before the second part, no contact from the dentist and instead I received a call from a front desk person canceling the appointmeant, siting concerns it will hurt the relationship with my child. I spoke to the office manager, stating refusing care for a child, because they experienced fear, causes more trauma then completing the work and coming up with a patient centered plan. The final decision I was told, " we don't challenge the dentist's decision.'". I informed the PA that my child's take away, in the child's words is " I got scared and it's my fault they will not help me." upon hearing this, no one reached out to express concern about the damage that was done. No one would consider that their "practices" were out of date with what we know about patient center care. Since then, I found a new lovely practice they met with us, discussed the previous experience, developed a collaborative plan to address my child's fear and my child completed the treatment. My child likes the new dentist and trusts the new dentist.

My son likes going to the Dentist, and that's thanks to the staff at Growing Smiles White Marsh…read more The Staff is so nice and friendly, and we always have a great experience every time we visit. My son enjoys talking with everyone in the office, they definitely make him feel welcomed. At the end of the appointment, my son gets to pick a toy and gets a goodie bag (toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste) which is always the highlight of his day. Growing Smiles White Marsh is a newer location. The rooms where the appointments take place are big, bright, and very clean. The Dentists do a great job caring for my son's teeth and explaining to my son what they did to his teeth during his appointment. Also, the Dentists always make sure to take time to address my questions which is important. So glad to have Growing Smiles.

Front desk asked Dentist Marina Meshreki and she refused to see my son. How would a mother feel. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Heartless!!!

She did dentures for my daughter (who has since passed) in 2016…read morebecause she was hit by a car and it knocked out a lot of her teeth. and it was the worse experience ever. My daughter went back and let her know the bottoms were not right. They had an incline and they would not fit and were uncomfortable. Dr. Patil said she could not see what she was talking about, but it was SO evident and she proceeded to make my daughter feel like an idiot. She told here there was no guarantee. My daughter said she could not even go out with friends to have a nice meal because of them and Dr. Patil told her that 90% of denture wearers could not eat a meal with dentures!! She even told her that she, Dr. Patil could not even please her own grandmother with her dentures! She would gladly redo them, but it would cost! This was only my daughter's second visit. If the dentures were not made right in the first place, why should my daughter have to pay for that mistake. All she wanted was her beautiful smile back. PLEASE!!! Stay away from this dentist. She only cares about money. I am still making payments on dentures my daughter could not even wear!!
