I was able to get an appointment at 6:30 PM on a Monday. The dentist was extremely down to earth and very personable. I think his name is Jim. He talked me through next steps and made me feel extremely comfortable, especially after I told him that I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist. He explained to me my options as far as anesthesia, using laughing gas, etc. Overall I had a great first experience. Took off a star because for my next step, I had to book out all the way to January 2027; however, they did say that a hygienist is coming back from maternity leave soon and her books will open up. They put me on a list to be called and noted my appt preferences. Hopefully I can be seen for my next appointment soon!

Well, Avalon lives up to their reputation. In fact they are the best dental group I ever used!!! From receptionist, to hygienist, to the dentist - they were perfect in a way that I've never encountered. I was there for teeth cleaning and I was treated as if I was a family member; and they treated my teeth like they would want their own teeth treated.
