He has a nice practice in convenient Bel Air, just off of Route 24 near Bertucci's. I chose to go from Baltimore to Bel Air when I needed a new crown for an old rear molar. Dr. Dan expertly performed the mold, the temporary, and the permanent. His lab was timely, his instrumentation and use of technology were great. Even in the middle of a pandemic, he was able to accommodate my emergency visit. His office was clean and his staff, Amanda and Christine (at front desk), were kind, courteous, and professional. Riverside Dental - These people are the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with…read more If you have a cavity they will tell you that you need white fillings at over $100 each, but not inform you that metal fillings can be used which insurance covers. When I got a root canal, they did not protect my tooth which broke within 2 weeks. They refused to extract the tooth without charging, although their negligence caused the damage. When I went in with the broken tooth, the dentist looked at it for 2 minutes and told me to come back tomorrow because they could not fit in their schedule the work that might be done. The next day they tried to charge me 170 dollars for the post core, which the dentist had said may not be able to be done due to the break. The dentist took 5 minutes to remove the broken tooth, then advised I have in extracted. I asked if I owed any money for the removal and was told no. Later when I requested my records (which were at a charge) they said I owed ten dollars for two copays. The reason it was two was because the dentist did not remove the broken tooth, despite it taking 5 minutes and made me come back. When I went to pay they refused to accept the coins I brought in. They are pure con artists and you would be better off going to veterinarian, or butcher because that is what they are.

I had extremely chipped front…read moreteeth, and Dr. Reddy repeatedly pushed crowns without ever explaining they could be considered as cosmetic and not covered by insurance. We even did a pre-authorization, so I believed it would be covered. After the work was done, insurance denied payment because Dental One Associates and Dr. Reddy coded the crowns as not medically necessary. I called Dental One Associates multiple times and was told Dr. Reddy would provide a letter to submit to insurance. Weeks passed with no action. After continued follow-ups, the office manager finally called me back--only to say Dr. Reddy refused to provide a letter. That left me with an extra $1,100 bill on top of the $1,800 I had already paid out of pocket. My total cost was $2,900! If I had known that upfront, I never would have agreed to the crowns. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Dental One Associates and Dr. Reddy. If you are considering going here, think very carefully. Ask every possible question about insurance coverage and insist on clear, written answers about what will and won't be covered. Do not assume that Dental One Associates will help you if insurance denies your claim--because based on my experience, once they've been paid, you are entirely on your own. Buyer beware: If you want honesty, transparency, and a dental team that actually stands by its patients, look elsewhere.

At that visit they even offered me an immediate appointment for teeth cleaning which I accepted and I'm so glad I did! The person who cleaned my teeth was talkative and kept me at ease. I am happy with the care I have received here so much that I actually kept my 6 month follow up for cleaning and recently went to that appointment. My next appointment is booked for later this year. I'm happy that I've found a dental office with a team that eases my anxiety and makes me want to continue taking care of my teeth.
