I was in last minute situation whereas my ride to a medical procedure scheduled for this past Saturday 7/24 had to cancel and I had no one else to drive me due to family and friends being out of town for soccer tournaments. I called after 7:30pm last Thursday and Jeff answered the phone very professionally even though I thought I was going to just get a answering machine. I explained my situation and with no hesitation he said "I got this". He just had to check with his other driver and that if he didn't get back to him, we were good to go. Saturday morning I was kind of nervous not only for the surgery but wondering if they would actually show up.... but no worries. Jeff himself instead of the extra driver showed up not only on time but 25 minutes early. Jeff is so supper friendly and and so professional. Come to find out after he dropped me off he was going to his Nephews grade school graduation in between coming back to pick me up in an estimated 3-4 hours. Of course I was done sooner than expected and Jeff was right there waiting to sign me out and bring me home. He didn't only drop me off but made sure I made it in the house and that someone was actually home since I was pretty drugged up. I could not have asked for anything more. I totally recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. I will use them in the future for sure. Thanks--Kevin

First of all, when I called in desperation, Daniel actually answered the phone! He was kind, accommodating, and worked around his schedule to accommodate me. He was also great at describing the service and answered all of my questions. I was scared because I'd never needed that kind of service before, I needn't have been. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would. He brought a wheel chair into my home, assisted me into chair and maneuvered his way out and to his van. I am a large person, so his strength is amazing. His van is amazing -- with tons of safety equipment to keep the wheelchair and me secure. He is a kind, personable and totally honest person. We had the most lovely chat the whole way to the facility--which helped ease my nerves about the appointment (I am terrified of doctors). He then unloaded me, took me to check in, then put me in a safe place until my appointment. He then left to service other clients and was great about communicating when he would be back to get me. Again, he was exactly on time to pick me up. He then brought me home and got me settled on my couch. He has a nursing background so is very educated in safely handling patients/clients. I cannot say enough about his wonderful service! He is an amazing human being. I never write reviews, but just had to about Daniel and his service!

Once the paperwork was completed we had a situation where we had to transport her in the next 3-4 days to make sure she arrived before her next procedure was needed. David couldn't free up a vehicle to pick up in S. Texas that quickly but he took the time to make some calls and he was able to find another company that happened to have a van 300 miles away and could pick up in two days. He set me up with them and also refunded my deposit and we were able to get my mother moved to Oceanside that week! Most companies would have just said "sorry" if they couldn't do it but David knew how stressed out I already was and really helped me out of a jam! He definitely runs a top notch professional organization! Thanks again, David!

I had seen and heard so many recommendations of Scroggins Transport Service on social media and from acquaintances, I was glad he was available. Jason is that great combination of professional and friendly. As I approached his car, he immediately jumped out to help me in case my vision was at all impaired. I could actually see well enough not to be wobbly, but I appreciated his concern and actions. He drove me to the appointment, waited for me, and then drove me home. We had great conversations each way, and the price was actually more affordable than had I booked a separate Uber each way. The car was beautifully maintained, the ride was smooth, the communication setting up the appointment and letting me know he was on the way were all perfect. I told Jason I had been keeping an eye on his ads and social media posts for a while, knowing I was reaching a phase of life where family was no longer close by, and friends were not always available to help out with transportation if I couldn't drive myself. Of the many local drivers I've seen recommended on social media, I was impressed that Jason is open to driving clients to medical appointments and social events, not just airport destinations. It is important to me that Jason has commercial insurance and this is his full-time business -- many drivers are not as appropriately insured and may only be driving as a side gig. I honestly feel like a burden has been lifted off of me, knowing that I can turn to Jason for future medical or other appointments. Had he been in business when I was driving my elderly parents to doctors' appointments several times a week, I would have eagerly booked him for a few of those visits, knowing that my parents would have been given the assistance and caring attitude that Jason offers. I'm sure Jason is great with people of all ages.
