They did not wash their hands or wear gloves right after playing around in each other's hair before scooping our gelato. They over stuffed the cups, crammed the lids onto them, made a huge mess and smeared it around the sides of the cup with napkins and wasted half of the gelato they scooped in the cups, then put the dirty, ruined cups into bigger cups. Very unsanitary and messy experience. Not worth $13 at all. I'm honestly super irritated and dissatisfied with this experience.

I've tried several of their pastries -- mango, apple, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and more -- and each one is designed to look like a little fruit or object. The presentation alone is amazing. Everything always tastes fresh and clean. Some flavors naturally lean a little sweeter or slightly artificial because they're fruit-inspired desserts, but never in an overpowering way. The textures are what really stand out to me -- the crunch of the shell combined with the smooth fruit fillings is incredible. I also had a small issue once, and the owner took care of it immediately with no questions asked. I won't get into details because it was honestly just an understandable mistake, but the customer service was excellent. Great desserts and great people behind the business.

My family tried several with the favorites being the strawberry and the peanut butter, but each one was very good. They are quite pricey, but a fun treat to try on occasion.
