Rylee was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. She was mad we came in 30 minutes before close to order some fries.

Lived over in this area for three years, and this Braums has never ever served to standard when it comes to their food. It's just better off to drive a little further and go to a different location than to go to this location. Due to dietary restrictions, there's not a whole lotta places we can eat for breakfast. Nearly every single visit, which is often, our order is incorrect, missing pieces, missing ingredients, or straight up, has raw meat in our food. This is now the fourth visit that I have returned home, or to work with raw inedible bacon. And it seems about how often I correct our food or bring it up. It does not get corrected in general. So please don't eat here. Especially in the morning and if you do eat here, please check that your burger patties are thoroughly cooked and that your chicken tenders are raw. read more

We will never again order food other than ice cream from Braum's. We've tried numerous times to come back for a burger and such hoping for hot and fresh and who knows maybe even tasty, but maybe this is to be expected from a minimum wage restaurant. Our last attempt was a few weeks ago passing thru Duncan. In a nutshell, heat lamp fries, a tasteless grilled chicken sandwich and something that was supposed to resemble a vanilla shake. We stopped by after checking into the La Quinta in the same area looking for a quick and easy dinner. I've never been to a Braum's before this, and it was a nice experience. We went in and ordered to-go, so I didn't look around too much at the dining area, but the grocery store part of the place seemed to have the essentials stocked up. The staff were fairly nice, and the food was good. In particular, I appreciate how the shakes are just right--not too thick or thin. If you love all things dairy (beef, milk, cheese, ice cream) and you want decent fast food this is your place. The fries can be hit or miss, sometimes they make them perfect, sometimes they don't. But this is a burger like you could cook at home with real beef and cheese and fresh veggies. In a small town, a braums grocery can be so handy. In a bigger town, their dairy products are super fresh and I would go here just for their milk. I love their ice cream scoops/spatulas even though they are not made in the US. I stopped in for a peanut butter cup and pralines n cream with whip cream, nuts, and a cherry.  I really like their ice cream.  This was located right by my hotel.  Service is good, place is relatively clean.  They also have burgers which I have yet to try. I checked out the grocery section.  It is not large.  They carry a lot of ice cream to go.  Most of the items they carry are mostly the essentials like fruit, sandwich stuff, milk, some cook to consume frozen items.   It is not a lot but the essentials to cover a couple of days or the emergency stuff. read more

I hit this place up because it was conveniently located in the parking lot next to my hotel which didn't provide breakfast as promised. I could discuss the conspiracy theory this brings to mind but will instead focus on the food. I have never had breakfast at a Braums before, and didn't expect much as I am not a huge fan of their burgers, but the breakfast bagels, platters and mocha's blew me away. On top of that I ordered food for three people, two of which are picky eaters so I expected half of the order to be wrong when I got back to the room, but they nailed it. Before I came to visit Oklahoma, I made sure to get recommendations from some folks who live here. It was practically unanimous that I had to try Braum's frozen yogurt. I've heard that it is quite the staple and a MUST when coming to Oklahoma. Being from Minnesota, I have pretty high standards when it comes to frozen treats and Braums did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I have been here twice in the past few days. The first time, we went through the drive thru and the second time, we parked and went inside. During our first trip, I ordered a small frozen yogurt twist cone (ONLY $1) and my boyfriend got a large chocolate shake. During the second visit, we bought some things in their Fresh Market (yes, they have an adorable little grocery section attached to the rest of it) and we also ordered a frozen yogurt twist in a cup ($1.69) and an Oreo mix with vanilla frozen yogurt. Both times, our treats were fantastic. The frozen yogurt is creamy, rich, and decadent. Once you've had a bite, you just want more. Even for a small, they give you so much frozen yogurt, so you truly get every penny's worth. This is a place for kids and adults alike. We have always eaten Braum's for years. We have noticed this past year it has got worse. The portions have gotten smaller, food is stell ​and old, but today was the worst it has ever been. Braums is my go to for ice cream with the family. We came here and it was super busy. The employees were in the mix of making shakes, cones, dishes etc and looked exhausted. You gotta appreciate the work effort here, coming from working in the food industry I totally get it. We went through the drive- through and placed a fairly simple order. 1 crispy chicken with Mayo and pickles only and a #1 burger minus onions, plus Mayo. We received a SPICY crispy chicken sandwich, and a burger with mustard squirted in the middle of the small PINCH of shredded lettuce in the middle of the bun. The burger patty was cold, dry, and hard. We didn't discover this until we got home. There wasn't time for us to go back because we had an appointment. Really not on your game today, guys. Came in for dinner with my mom and daughter. I was super excited because I am visiting from Arizona and haven't had Braums in years. First, I ordered and the blonde female cashier failed to give me a cup. No big deal, but she gave me a dirty look and acted like I was asking for a lot when I interrupted her next order to ask for my cup. Next, I tried to get ketchup and both dining room dispensers were completely empty and sat empty the whole time. Customers kept asking for ketchup, and no one was refilling or offering packets. This caused the drink station to back up and become congested. After waiting to get to the drink station, I was disappointed to see the tea was completely out. So I waited in line at the register. After a few minutes, I found out the tea just ran out, there, too. The same cashier told us we could just get something else... Well, obviously that is a choice... But the rest of your drink options have sugar (other than water). Too bad I paid for a drink and had to get water. The dinner itself was great, which the only reason I gave two rather than one stars. Last thing, my daughter got a brownie fudge sundae and specified no nuts due to an allergy. We didn't even pay attention, but when biting into the sundae, be discovered nuts were all over it. Really not a good thing for someone with allergies! This could seriously harm someone. Really hope you guys get it together and learn from the review.
